Someone got into ICC to loot Regina del Sangue Lana'thel one more of her precious stuff. In Legion we had a Legendary ring of hers, the Lamento di Lana'thel, for DKs.

Scribes that are level 120 with 150 Skill Points in Battle for Azeroth Inscription can unlock a special Tools of the Trade questline, rewarding Penna Rosso Sangue di Lana'thel. Pick up the Inscription quest starting from Zooey Sporcaruote in Boralus or Storiografo Grazzul in Zuldazar.

Upon completing the quest, you are awarded with Penna Rosso Sangue di Lana'thel. To craft this item, you need:

10 Espulsom
15 Inchiostro Viridescente
30 Inchiostro Cremisi
50 Miasma Coagulato from the Blood Trolls in the Underrot dungeon
Antico Pigmento di Sangue - World Boss Drop
Piuma Dorata - Serpente Dorato boss in King's Rest dungeon

Benefits of Penna Rosso Sangue di Lana'thel
Penna Rosso Sangue di Lana'thel allows you to create Blood Contracts, and heal from the corpses of outdoor mobs.

Contratto di Sangue: Sacrificio: Summons an Avatar del Sacrificio stag to heal by your side.
Contratto di Sangue: Guardia del Sangue: Summons an Avatar della Guardia di Sangue which acts like a tank.
Contratto di Sangue: Carneficina: Summons an Avatar della Carneficina which attacks in melee range.
Contratto di Sangue: Oblio: Summons an Avatar dell'Oblio which attacks as ranged DPS.

farmed outside of UR for most of it did a UR run got like 4 farmed at 50, 50 for the Miasma

Are the avatars a bit...underwhelming?

The healing effect looks to be about 1000 health per corpse per second over 9 seconds. The healing channel breaks upon taking damage and a corpse can only be used to heal off of once (affected corpses will have the debuff Exsanguinated), even if you only got one tick off of it. Tooltip of the Exsanguinated spell on WoWHead says 20-30 yards, but it looks to be more like 10 yards I think. Not too bad if usable inside of instances, at least compared to some of the other tools of the trade items.

Lorewise, as a druid, it doesn't seem very safe for me to use this thing. But if i were a warlock, a shadow priest, a DK or a demon hunter than this would fit perfectly into my class!

My scribe is my rogue. While the quill is a decent self heal in a few rare situations, the blood contracts were a handicap. So far I only tested the Avatar of Sacrifice, but it was terrible. It did not stealth. They also attack anything that hurts you or them, the buff can't be cancelled, and there are no pet controls. This means I had 4 hours of absolutely no useful stealth. I like to do incursions in war mode, so I had a bright red beacon practically yelling, "Here's the rogue!" I tried to just let somebody kill it, but it came back. In PvE, it would aggro every enemy I tried to sneak past.

I'm not sure if it's the same for druid stealth, nelf racial, mage invis, etc., or if the other contracts are the same. I doubt I'll test it. This was a pretty big disappointment, so I'd rather forget about it unless they decide to change it.

It can be used in dungeons.

I crafted my thing during a battle with trash in Underrot normal (was too excited about my luck with drops), then after that battle I tried to use it and it didn't work. I killed some other trash mobs inside the dungeon, and the thing worked on those. I believe you can use it only on mobs you engaged while having the thing, but don't know how to test it. You can also use it on bosses.

I didn't receive my Drawing blood quest although I have maxed out Inscription 2 weeks ago, I tried support but it didn't help, any suggestions?
My alt has the Inscription and I haven't completed the storyline or the war campaign with this alt, does it affect the quest at all?
