Interacting with an "All-Seer's Focus" (Screenshot uploaded) will sacrifice 90% of your maximum HP and give you a 60-minute duration buff called "Agent of the All-Seer" which does the following:

Disguised as an Agent of the All-Seer.
Damage taken increased by 100%.
Allows collection of Intact Demon Eyes.

An All-Seer's Focus appears to be a large armored eye upon a burning pedestal. (Screenshot submitted)

It is important to note the following:

(confirmed!) The All-Seer's Focus does not have a set spawn location. I found one inside of "The Spirit Crucible" (58, 34) and a second inside of a cave(64, 21) in the Antoraan Wastes.
Other users have reported discovering their own in multiple other locations.
The All-Seer's Focus is not a permanent object, it does appear to de-spawn after time passes.
With this buff you have a chance to receive the item "Intact Demon Eye" from mobs that you kill. these items appear in your bags, not the currency tab. Killing the Eredar and demons in the area all gave a chance to drop these items and multiple eyes can drop off of one kill (the highest I saw was 4).
This buff makes you hostile to the Army of the Light NPCs, and can't enter friendly encampments. (credit to Zyrosanis)
The eyes can be used as currency to purchase multiple items. Without taking anything away from their post, please view Pelicane's post for more information.

Felfire Armory seems a good location to farm these. There are Explosive Munitions lying around that when clicked give you 3 charges of an extra action button. You can gather up a bunch, use the button on them and it AoEs for 12.2 million damage in 7 yards, was able to quickly farm using this method. So far not really had to worry about not enough explosives.

Note don't click explosives on the ground whilst you still have charges of an old one left, it seems to bug it out so you still have the button but no charge buff and can't use it.

The buff lasts 60 minutes, but you cannot interact with NPC's from the Army of the Light while it's active.

Orix the All-Seer appears to have an interest in the eyes.

I feel that with the risk you take to farm these, the drop rate could be a little bit better.
The only risk for claws and bones were elite zones, but those were more manageable than taking double damage.

NPC converted to be proper Seller NPC. which means quests removed and you can see what you can buy with the eyes you farmed. Two things;
* You can use defensive abilities to reduce the damage taken.
* If your inn location set to vindicator using hearthstone will removes the buff from you (While I can't confirm but wild-guess any hearthstone effect will remove the buff from you so you can't move around with this buff on you).

whoever has these tasks needs a BUFF. Click on the altar with the hot-eye of the All-Seer's Focus, one of which is located at Antoran Wastes at 57/66. ATTENTION OF THE BUFF IN DEATH LOSS

Trivial mobs (like imps) don't appear to drop these, so you can't really farm them from the imp cave. The Felfire Armory and Darkfall Ridge seem to be the best places currently to farm them.

Apparently logging out removes your buff.
I logged out for about 20 mins right after taking the buff, to avoid wasting it while i had to do some irl things. When i logged back in the buff was gone and so was the eye.

You can quit the farming after 2700 eyes, at which point you've gotten everything from it. First priority is to get to 200 to get the Gift of the All-Seer so you don't have to run back to get another buff. Afterward you need 2500 eyes to get Observer's Locus Resonator for a shot at Sightless Eye from Rezira the Seer. And then you can spend 1000 eyes for both Cross Gazer and All-Seer's Eye. On your way to get this, you're highly to get ...And Chew Mana Buns which gets you Bleakhoof Ruinstrider and And We're All Out of Mana Buns and Demonslayer title.

After farming for almost an hour and getting less than 100 eyes each, we learned a few things:

* These drop from demons only (as the name implies). So pay attention to the area you're in. Some sections have humanoids and demons.

* The eyes were reported to drop from ANY demon (elite, rare, non-elite), however the drop rate is significantly different mob to mob. Non-elite imps did not drop a single eye (even though we killed a ton of them). Other non-elite demons dropped sporadically -- zero over 20 kills, then 5 on a single kill. Not sure where that demon was hiding the extra eyes though... haha. Elites had a much higher drop rate.

* If you can find a partner or a group, we recommend rounding up groups of elites and burning them down. Stock up on some extra Bevanda dell'Onnisciente so you don't have to stop and find another Focus dell'Onnisciente if you die or are farming longer than an hour. It will still take quite a few hours to farm enough eyes for both the pet and the toy, but this should save some time.

Found a quite good farming route. You can swap between two areas with decent spawn rate. Clear the first, move to next by jumping over the cliffs canopying the lava river. The previous area will have respawned when you return. Got 500 in no time.

Recommend picking up the bombs on the ground at Felfire Armory to oneshot the group you've gathered up. They can crit for 30Mill+ in a small area. They can also be used to nuke rare-elites, and you'll get 3 stacks of the bombs.

Best spot so far to spawn these has been the area above the Seer's cave. "Pit's of Punishment". This spot is best tackled as a group as there are some humanoid mobs who don't drop eyes, but the spawn rates are REALLY fast in a group of at least 5 players. Next best spot is the SE part of the map where the rare Wrath-lord Yarez spawns, east of the Felfire Armory. 2nd spot has low spawn rates but better drops rates which is better for solo players.

I can confirm that entering the Lightforged War Golem does NOT drop your buff.

Can also confirm that using the Flight Master's Whistle(upgraded for Argus) does NOT drop your buff. It will port you outside of the camp, however, since you'll be hostile to the Army of Light.

Found a great farming spot near/at 62,44. Lots of demons mixed in with a few humanoids. Got a great drop rate and fast spawn. Good luck!

This comment needs 1000 upvotes for farming this. It's super convenient if you are using the mining colony place, but probably worth it for others as well.

The Ur'zul mobs (demon dog looking things) drop a green crystal on the ground when they die and it will give ONE person a 15-minute buff called Acid Infusion (Infusione Acida).

This will add AoE blast damage to your attacks called Acid Blast (Detonazione Acida).

When I was doing aoe damage, even as an assassination rogue with legendary FoK cloak and poison bomb procs, acid blast was regularly 40-50% of my damage on every pull. This thing does an INCREDIBLE amount of damage, especially if you have repetitive AoE attacks that can cause multiple procs (think multi-seed of corruption from a warlock).

I can't stress how overpowered having this buff is as a melee.

I found that the best farm solution is the area next to the Orix the All-Seer (miners, wyrmtongue, eredar) when the world quest is active (% kill things in area) - during the quest up the respawn rates are very high while Wyrmtongue and those Eredar are relatively safe and easy to kill. Miners don't drop eyes but they also don't auto-aggro if you won't attack them.

I honestly have found that the very best place to farm eyes is the felfire armory. The putrid engineers have a very good drop rate and they are super easy to kill. You can pick up the explosive munitions, get a large group and one shot them. Then run over to the Southeast corner where the elites are, pull a group and one shot them with the explosive munitions. Just FYI, the explosive munitions have 3 rounds. You need to use all 3 before picking up more munitions. I start where the invasion portal is, there are lots of putrid engineers there, grab some of the wrath guards, run over to the area between the two structures where there will be two piles of munitions, use one round, grab eyes, then it's kind of a loop. Once I have killed all the putrids in the area, I go kill some elites, rinse and repeat. You can easily farm over 200 eyes/hour with this strategy

Some tips on making this easier for farming:

Get the three buffs from the Antica Pergamena in Eredun. They will help with mitigating the increased damage. (1 hour duration)

Get the Frammento d'Anima Corrotto buff from The Spirit Crucible. The healing it gives is considerable.

Now the kicker: kill the elite Ur'zul Fiend that patrols the bridge near Gar'zoth. and make certain you touch the green crystal that spawns after it dies. This grants Infusione Acida. (10 minute duration)

After that run around and grab large packs of demons such as at the Felfire Armoury and aoe them down. Being able to do fast AoE is better than your aoe ability actually hitting hard. The Infusione Acida will do the bulk of the damage from the splash effect. (15 minute duration)

For myself I netted ~100 eyes per Infusione Acida the first try. Obviously with RNG drop rates results will vary.

Farmed in a party of 3 (then 2) around Lieutenant Xakaar, take care not to pull him - otherwise just run away. Non-elites around him respawn pretty much non-stop.
Looted over 400x eyes (according to group members RNG was on my side) in 1 buff (i.e. 1 hour, but used only 58 mins). YMMV.

P.S. Nearby is the Felfire Armory with demongoblins and bombs. We found they don't drop as many eyes as the aforementioned method, also the bombs (not the mobs) are pretty slow to respawn, unless you server hop.

Update: Either I'm an idiot or just plain forgetful, but perhaps it was 2x buffs used after all, sorry everyone! And @DawnSeven: I have no idea tbh, haven't bothered farming the eyes again after getting Risonatore del Locus dell'Osservatore.

Found a great place to farm these. There are four packs of three mobs around Luogotenente Xakaar + two on the way at 63, 55. They have a REALLY fast respawn timer when you kill them. Also a great spot to farm for ...E mangiare Pandolce di Mana for Calcarovina Zoccolotetro and E abbiamo finito il Pandolce di Mana for the title Demonslayer.

After reading many guides/comments of the best place to farm the eyes, I joined up with another person who was also farming for the eyes. We started of at the area where the WQ mining regulation is at, and where the most mobs are together (roughly around 62,4 43,4 in Antoran Waste). The drops are ok, but i noticed the it was more Wyrmtongue mobs that where dropping them. After looking where there's more groups of just that kind of mob, the WQ's to kill Chief Alchemist Munculus and Mix it up was up. So we headed up there, although theirs not so many of them, the health for them is a little more then the previous area but the loot drop was a lot higher. I do however recommend having a party of 3 or 4 people to do it with, just as the spawn rate was a lot quicker as they where dying quicker. There's 2 platforms, so we start off where the rares was killed what was there and looted. The amount drop was between 4-15 depending on the amount of adds killed, sometimes more and kept going back and forth. The actual mobs we were killing are Filthy Assistants and Potion Researchers Mischiare per bene and Capo Alchimista Munculus . Please make sure to have the buff before going to kill and good luck

Don't forget that if you utilize the Light Forged Warframe while you have the buff, you keep the buff, so maximum damage for the time you can use it. Round'em up and burn'em down. This also works with the buff from the Tornado. Jump in the Warframe and smoke 10 demons. Easy peasy.

Try going to Lieutenant Xakaar.
/way 62.2 53.5 Eye Farm
If the elite is not here, then this is the best spot. After 30 minutes or so I got 225 eyes. Another group member got 255 eyes. All the mobs are demons and respawn just after the full set of them is killed. Consider using Gift of the All-Seer if you want to get all the goodies from the vendor and Fighter Chow.

Before finding the above spot I've tried:
1. Cave full of imps and their big mothers. Low drop rate.
2. Felfire Armory with all the piles of bombs. Bombs are handy but the respawn rate is too slow.
3. Mining site with humanoids, which we don't need, and small goblins and their big overseers. Mobs are too spread out. There is downtime in your farming routine.

I found a great place to farm these is 62, 53. It's a small spot with six groups of enemies. Four groups of three and two groups of one. Two of these groups were up almost 100% of the time as me and one other killed them. The two groups of one counted as a "group" though, so killing those would bring a group of three up.

Someone explain to me how this works. I get the (de)buff, go around and kill demons for their eyes. I can only seem to get them from the lowly minons like the random hounds and Putrid Engineers. IF I do somehow manage to get eyes to drop from higher beings, I get like 5-9 eyes from just ONE NPC. For two hours, I roamed around Felfire Armory and ended up with only 60 eyes total, wtf, blizz?

In order to farm Occhio Intatto di Demone, you'll need to require a buff by interacting with All-Seer's Focus WARNING! this will sacrifice 90% of your maximum HP and give you a 60 minute buff Agente dell'Onnisciente which gives the following effects:

Warning

Buff does not persist through death!
This buff also makes you hostile to the Army of the Light NPCs, so stay out of friendly campments, kinda learnt this the hard way!
Can't farm in raid groups, I tested this and didn't get any drops

Ok so as of March 2018 the drop rate for Occhio Intatto di Demone officially sucks. After 3 hours of farming (that's just the killing, does not include time hunting around for where the shrine has spawned that day), I have a grand total of 93 eyes. Did not want to post earlier in case the first hour was just RNG being painful, but 3 hours for that amount of eyes is rubbish. I could understand if Rezira il Veggente dropped awesome loot but apart from the toy it's just the same crap the other elites drop. So calculating things as they are, it's going to take at least 5 hours of killing to get enough eyes to access Rezira for the achievement. Add to that the time in hunting for the shrine, the hassle of the 100% damage buff and healing/eating time you need because of it, and you begin to see what Blizz's new idea of what constitutes high quality, fun gaming. I know some people will say save the shrine hunting time by getting Dono dell'Onnisciente, but with current drop rate another 6+ hours of farming seems like false economy to me lol.

As a side point if you are thinking of farming the eyes to get the pet or toy that Orix l'Onnisciente sells, good luck and have fun farming the 1000 needed for each.

(Edit) A huge shout out and massive thanks to Righteous-Garrosh for putting up a group in custom for hours, spawning the portal every 10 minutes to allow people to get Rezira. Great to see someone spending their own time so selflessly to help others in game :).

The BEST Spot to farm those Eyes is at 62.54!

There are 4 Camps of Adds, where 1 Camp has 3 Mobs and it spawns every 3-5 Seconds after clearing 1 Camp of Adds.
We did this with with a MS Warrior and a Enhancement Shaman (965 geared) and it took us less than 1h to farm 500 Eyes at this Spot.

Best place I have found to farm:
Putrid Laboratory
/way 60, 25

Kill the filthy assistants.
They respawn rather quickly and they all drop them. No annoying trivial mobs to kill.

I farmed the Occhio Intatto di Demone today with a group of 4-5 people for 4 hours total. We fought demons at the Pits of Punishment which is located at 62, 43, but if you don't have an addon for locations, it is the area above the cave that Orix l'Onnisciente is located in. I ended up with 3164 eyes, averaging 791 per hour at the end of it all which is more than enough to buy at least 1 of everything from him. We just kept clearing out everything non-stop. Hearing from other members, they averaged 675-750 per hour also. I recommend doing this in a full group for the best and fastest result...especially if you are going after all of the items he sells.

Farming Occhio Intatto di Demone will help you with your progress towards the achievements below since you are having to kill demons for their eyes.

If the world quest Mix It Up is active at the Putrid Laboratory in the north of Antoran Wastes (58,23) then you will have an infinitely spawning wave of Filthy Assitant Wyrmtongue mobs to farm. They literally respawn in seconds and so you can get a lot of Demon Eyes here quickly.

Did this solo at level 120, as previous comments have stated one of the best spots for this seems to be running up and down between the two Putrid Laboratory buildings in Antoran Wastes (59, 21) and (61, 24), they respawn fast enough that you can be running back and forth constantly, I was making over 500 eyes/hr. Make sure you're not capped on Veiled Argunite before starting this as it will make the body despawn take longer.

All y'all head over to the eye heaven at /way 56.3 25.2 Shaper's Rise. I tried several places listed below but had far better results here: all 110 elites, quick respawns, groups often dropping up to 10+ eyes, and sometimes 2 or 3 loots in a row. Check it out, you won't be disappointed.

If you, like me, are trying to farm this after Legion, the absolute best place I've found to farm is around Chief Alchemist Munculus' spawn point. ( around 41, 44 ). I got enough eyes (500) for the portal thingy in around 30 minutes.

Easy Solo for Battle for Azeroth Level 120 and Beyond...

1. Head to 60.0, 45.3 in the Antoran Wastes, a little cave by the fel river.

2. Here is where Orix the Seer resides, he possesses the toy and the pet that you so desire. They are 1000 sightless eyes each.

3. Make sure your health is full and use the All-Seer's Focus that is in this cave.

4. Wait for your health to get back to full, or heal up, and then exit the cave.

5. Head North, to 61, 22. These little guys respawn crazy quick. Sometimes they won't drop anything, other times they drop lots.

6. Took me a few hours to get 1000. Turn on some YouTube in the background (I did D&A Lady Prank Calls) and the time flew by so quickly.

Do not ever do farming of Occhio Intatto di Demone solo. You can drop about 200-300 eyes within hour if you are in a good spot, but you better stop wasting your time and do this with other people to make this insanely fast. I was lucky to stumble upon 2 other guys(2 other joined later on) and I was managed to get 2k eyes in 1,5-2 hours, along with 4k demons towards E abbiamo finito il Pandolce di Mana. We farmed at 54,24 , respawn is superfast, it was a demon genocide!

I got 1500 solo in about 50 mins around 60,25 where Capo Alchimista Munculus is, by killing the filthy assistants around there.
Just pull all the ones outside of the building the Alchemist is, kill them off, then run up on the plateau just northwest of there and do the same, then jump down and all of them should have respawned.

Did it as a feral with 375 gear, could probably get a good amount more with better gear and class for it.

I found a very good spot to farm those items.
As a moonkin druid i managed to loot 1100 demon eye and do around 2200 demon kill for the E abbiamo finito il Pandolce di Mana achievement.
Antoran Wastes, shaper's Rise, 55.00 25.00 the coords.

Do not do this solo, it will be slow going.
In a group of 2 or more the respawn rate of the mobs you need to kill will double or triple with large group.
You can get 1.5k to 2k of the "eyes" in less than one hour & a half.

In Antoran Wastes in Argus area
Seek out Orix, The All-Seer at /way 60.2 45.4
He is in a cave just off the bridge.
Get the "debuff" from the floating eye just left of him.
It will change your appearance so you can see the "Intact Demon Eye" drops.
The debuff lasts one hour & it will increase damage you receive from enemies by 100%.

From the cave go to /way 55.00 25.00
The mobs there both drop the eyes & will respawn very quickly to make farming these much easier if you are in a group of 2 or more.

I confirm that as of patch 8.2.5, Shaper's Rise is the best spot to farm it due to demons respawning very quickly. You may farm about 10 eyes per minute.

However, DURING THE WORLD QUEST TO SAVE THE DRAGOONS, the demons there are not elite, and drop much less eyes. If you rolled that WQ, you're screwed for the day.

UPD3: Finally figured out how this works.

Blizz have hotfixed the Eye drop and so as of patch 8.3, there are Elite days and common days that alternate one by one (so if you got an Elite day today, you will get a common day tomorrow, and vice versa).

On Elite days, the demons in Shaper's Rise will be Elite, and drop more Eyes, but more importantly, the Fiends in Putrid Laboratory (the Wyrmtongue) will drop a lot more Eyes too. Their drop rate goes up so high that you get more Eyes than the kills you make. They also respawn very quickly between two areas (two tiers of the Laboratory) so you can kill them non-stop.

On common days, the drop is much lower, but still decent (about 5-10 Eyes per minute by circling around the Laboratory and Shaper's Rise) and same among all demon types.

On Farming:

I farmed the elites around Terminus (78, 65), took about an hour to get over 500 eyes. (So, one buff cycle)
The portal to the left had a nice grouping of mobs (leading to Comandante Texlaz), as well the little bit of land right of the Terminus bridge, where Ammiraglio Rel'var spawns.
I did this solo on my lvl 120 Demon Hunter; respawn rate was so-so. However, by the time I would work my way to both as mentioned sweet spots, then kill a few mobs around the bridge ramp and somewhat towards the fel lake, my sweet spots would have respawned.

The benefit I found while farming here, was each mob had 1.5-3.5 gold on them; and when killing in mass it adds up!
Not to mention the vendor trash they drop. I had Aspiramagia della Guardia dell'Ombra Inefficiente drop 3 times in 20min that vendors for 175 gold (each)!
Also, you'll get a few Argunite Velata here and there, which adds up after an hour of farming - I think I looted about 250-300.

The only downside is that the Calcafatuo Immortale will drop the Generatore di Portali Schiacciato; which if you're not trying to go kill Comandante di Squadrone Vishax, you have to keep removing it from your bag.

The only other thing worth mentioning after reading through some of the other comments, is that I found the Agente dell'Onnisciente buff right next to Orix l'Onnisciente. I guess it use to spawn at different locations, but now it seems to be permanently fixated here.

I tried a handful of the other farming spots people have mentioned and I'm still liking my the best (for solo at least).
Mine is feeling like more quality of drops over quantity of demons slain.
I farmed the frenzied alchemists with one other person for a bit. Though the respawn rate was great, I wasn't seeing that many eyes.. just 1 or 4 here and there. Went back to the elites to farm and was pull out eyes left and right. The Veggente della Stirpe del Terrore alone will drop 9 for me about 15% of the time.
Also, after purchasing Risonatore del Locus dell'Osservatore, I now have a quick TP to my farming spot. I use the portal, then jump off the ledge and glide down.

As has been said before, Shaper's Rise is an excellent place to farm these, especially solo since it's a small area of all elites. I farmed 587 eyes over the 1hr duration of the buff. Also made ~1000G after vendoring.

I've farmed a few spots for Intact Demon Eyes, but by far the best was killing Filthy Assistants and Potion Researchers near 60.80 23.14. Constant respawns and a high chance for eyes to drop.

As a player doing this grind solo at the end of BfA I found the Shaper's Rise spot at 54, 24 gave the best rate of eyes since the Eredar never stopped respawning there unlike the alchemy lab where the spawns stopped completely at times.

we farmed the eyes at /way 54, 26 in antoran wastes - the mobs are elite and not one-shot, but you are knee-deep in respawn (or pigtail-deep for gnomes). got 1k eyes in under 45 minutes (2 people at level 120)

Best spot to farm, by far, is Putrid Laboratory, where Chief Alchemist Munculus spawns. Filthy Assistants respawn super fast, and they have a high drop rate -- usually dropping 5 eyes.

If you want to farm many intact demon eyes quick, I recommend the spot /way 62.18 53.48. There are 4 groups of 3 mobs which spawn quickly so you can rotate till you are done. The way you pass is also very short and their droprate is pretty high. In 20 minutes nearly every group dropped 1 to 8 eyes.

It looks like now the best place to farm is in Terminus at 75, 64. The elites there can be killed in one hit with ilvl 165 gear and respawn quickly. The other spots in the comments were not dropping hardly any eyes, but maybe your luck would be better. In the 1.5hr I farmed, I got 500 eyes mostly from Terminus, the structures around it, and the portal on top of it.
It also seems like the elites here, while there are others of the same kind up the road, have slightly increased drop rates or drop in bigger quantities, perhaps due to some quest items dropping off of the ones in Terminus and not the others.

As of Shadowlands, where we are overpowered for this zone, the best farm for the eyes is Shaper's Rise, at /way 54.20, 26.02. The elite mobs here appear to have a higher drop rate and they respawn very quickly. Much easier to farm the 2000+ eyes you need for the toy and pet here.

I spent a couple hours today looking for Intact Demon Eyes. I killed everything in every location, elite and non-elite and got exactly zero eyes.

Was farming today these eyes for pet and toy. 1k took me about an hour @53 25 area. You are just running in circle and killing elite adds, they have a good respawn rate

Best place to farm Occhio Intatto di Demone and kills for E abbiamo finito il Pandolce di Mana is @ 60,24 right before the building Capo Alchimista Munculus is in.
The mobs respawn fast, a group of 3 mobs gave me up to 15 eyes, a group of 2 mobs gave me 9 eyes multiple times.

Give it a try.

Bonus hint:
If you are capped with Argunite Velata, you can't loot any more than 2000. So the corpses with argunite remain lootable
and you do not have to run to each mob you killed if you are a ranged caster and still can quickloot. Saves a lot of time!

After 10 minutes I got 279 eyes. But then the mobs spawned slower, but still at a decent rate.
I think they spawned faster because a horde player was sitting afk on a rock.
My suggestion give it a try, if it is not ok for you, try again with a (small) group.

Best place I found to farm these was around the Terminus (74,64) which has all elites, as well as the Felfire Armory (61,63) which has a lot of those little demon engineers in packs of 5-6 close together - the drop rate was very frequent for these, often 3-8 eyes per pack. In like 30 min I received over 250 eyes.

The elite mobs spawned back within 10 seconds after their death. If this keeps working this, it's the best spot to farm.

Not sure how many people are looking to farm these things these days but a friend and I found a really good farm spot.

Notes are that this requires the World Quest Personaggi inaspettati to be up. You can complete it without worry, but the area changes depending on if the World Quest is up in the world or not, and while the mobs still show up with the World Quest gone and the rare up, they are fewer in numbers and the spawn rate seems a bit slower, I have not tested the yield of Occhio Intatto di Demone on these mobs without the World Quest up.

But if you go to 54.34, 25.62 (/way 54.34, 25.62) in Antoran Wastes. slightly above the text "The Spirit Crucible" on the map you will find an area with a lot of Antoran Soulshapers and Dreadgaze Soulspinners, both of these mobs drop Occhio Intatto di Demone although it's worth to say that the luck in looting a bunch varies quite a bit, we tended to drift apart in our amount of eyes with a range between 50-100 but it tended to even out.

The mobs spawn almost faster than you can loot them and even with some competition with other groups for a while, we were both able to loot about 1100 eyes per 45-60 minutes, it was so lucrative that we skipped the Dono dell'Onnisciente which saved us some extra farm time as well. After the 2 hours were up, with some minutes of dilly dallying and trying various spots at first, as well as a couple of minutes to spare, I had gotten all the 2500 eyes I was after.

This farm can serve as a couple of birds in one stone as well seeing as they spawn so frequently and all these mobs also count toward the achievement chain:

They also drop a lot of grey items like:
Breve Storia degli Eoni

If you are going back to farm these for the item to complete Commander of Argus, then go to the three bridges in the north of Antoran Wastes. They make a Chickens Foot shape.

Go to the end of the middle "toe."

There is a group of Filthy Assistants to the right, some immediately after getting off the bridge and some a little up the hill.

They seem to drop an unusually high amount of eyes and respawn quick.

I got over 500 in about 30 min.

If you, like me, looked at your achievments and thought "okay, it's about time to get this Commander of Argus done", check this:

After getting the buff and stuff, I tried to farm the locations that we have highlighted in here and it didn't went well. The 'best' one was at the factory killing those packs of 3, but maybe because they died too fast it always got desync and took too long to respawn.

So I went looking for a better location and found it at Shaper's Rise, (coord: 55.51, 25.66).

Elite drops are way better and took me around 15min to get the last 200 I needed.

Mobs are somewhat spread but it was totally okay and worth doing (did as Prot Warrior).

Just go where the ELITES are.

There's no magic spot due to World Quests turning surrounding mobs into normal and thus greatly lowering their drop rate. GO to where there's no WQs and the elites will be there, farm away.

I just farmed 2065 Intact Demon Eye on a single debuff.

I am a 478 Lvl 70 BM Hunter, an ENG with Loot-a-Rang, and i stood in a single spot.

/way 60.56 23.76

Normal farming spot for these things as suggested by many others killing the Filthy Assistants,

All i did was stand on that spot (or roughly) and spin in circles spamming Tab and my Cobra Shot keybind.

Dont worry about the outliers that you cant hit.

After awhile the bodies build up. If you hit a lull in spawns then hit your Loot-A-Rang a few times. Anything you can shoot it can loot.

If an enemy gets behind terrain you have to manually select them as Tab wont.

I believe the hyper spawn and drop rates are affected by the current drop points for the Vindicaar. I did this while the north one was inactive and the Greater Invasion Point was nearby (Pit Lord Vilemus)
