Found mine at Argus, Antoran Wastes, Collector's Hovel (50, 55) next to the altar. Not a drop, but an item on the ground.

This item needed to summon Divoratore dai Mille Volti.
You have to collect three bones.
But first you have to loot Richiamo del Divoratore scroll from mobs across Scavenger's Boneyard (around 55, 39 in Antoran wastes) to be able to see the bones.

Osso di Ur'zul located at 50.4 56.1 next to Altar (there is also Spezzamondi Skuul may be found)
Osso di Imp can be found inside imp cave, entrance is at 65.6 26.3
Osso di Demonio can be found at 52.4 35.3 next to black pillar left of trap.

As you collected all those things travel to 54.7 39.1 spot, there you'll see a bone pit. Put items on small centrall hill to summon Divoratore dai Mille Volti

For anyone having trouble clicking this one, check your bags. I ran passed this pile and only moused over it since I was being chased by mobs. Returned when out of combat and couldn't click it. Then after a few minutes I checked my bags to see the item was already in there.

Directly next to Antorus the burning throne, on the opposite side of terminus. Very small area, with a large spine being the centerpiece
