This trinket looks to be designed to be worn by both tanks of a raid. If they both have this trinket on, but in its different forms, the magnitude of the secondary buffs is increased by 20%.

Seeing how strong the darkmoon trinket is because it gives bonus armor, I see this one being very strong as well. Facing an enemy that uses primarily magic damage? Swap it to the versatility form.

If the bonus that the other tank gets is stackable this item is a must else i dont think it is viable

btw the other Tank needs to wear this itam also!

Use: Transform to Eye of F'harg. (30 Sec Cooldown)

Just to clarify; this swaps the trinket to its counterpart on a 30s CD. So when tank swapping melee to magic the tanks can also swap their trinkets to match the incoming damage.

Alas it does not transform you into a doggie.....
