Good spot if you have water walking and a ranged pull:
Stormsong Valley, Fort Daelin, north/west sides.

Abyssal Eeel, beast, on land hanging around among the Naga, but they can be pulled with a non-spashing ranged spell without aggroing the Naga, even if they're right next to them. Low health and damage, easy kills.Drops 1-3 on skinning.

Everything skinnable in the water west of Anglepoint Wharf produces Briny Flesh when skinned.

Anglepoint Warf in the NW corner of Tiragarde Sound has a decent supply of sharks along with Coldscale Puffer, and Sandyback Crabs that drop this.

I have had the highest drop chance from Dazarian Snappers (crabs) Located near coords 80.8, 52.7 In Talanji's Rebuke.

Every other crab seems to drop 2-3 Briny Flesh.

In Stormsong Valley between Warfang Hold and Fort Daelin there's some Tortollan quests that give you a fast swim/underwater breathing buff called One With the Sea. Get that, then you can easily farm these under water from Coral and Overfed Snappers....they drop 0-7 Briny Flesh at a time

Tiragarde Sound around coords 60,46 has a lot of Surly Seals next to an azerite mining WQ that is often up. The seals respawn decently quickly, and consistenly drop about 3 Briny Flesh per pack. I got 96 Briny Flesh in roughly 45-60 mins of farming (better than the other places suggested here). The azerite pools give a nice damage and healing buff. The humanoids there drop tidespray linen. The little crabs nearby also drop it too.

Just north of Norwington Estate, in Tiragarde Sound where the rivers merge is a nice spot too. The Venomscale Slitherers there drop it. Be patient. Sometimes you won't get any drops for a bit, then one kill will yield 4. I've found it's about the same drop rate as the Surly Seals in the Tiragarde Sound spot mentioned in the previous post. (Don't bother with the turtles; I haven't had any luck with them.)

The best place i have found to farm as Horde is, Redrock Harbor in Vol'Dun. There is many Frenzied Thresher and Spikeshell Scuttler in the area. I got about 20 in 10min. Get a warlock to cast Unending Breath, or get something that gives you water breathing, like a fishing pole or a potion

Razorjaw Chompers in Nazmir drop these like crazy. Easy to AoE farm and there is 10 million of the damn things.
