In order to begin the quest line to unlock this transmog set, you need to loot a Frammento di Chiave Luminoso off the Shadowguard mobs within the Seat of the Triumvirate dungeon. It has a very low drop rate, thankfully you can farm it on Mythic even if you are locked out for the week since it drops from trash.

UPDATE: Now that the patch has been out for several weeks, many people are reporting they've also gotten the Glowing Key Fragment off mobs in the non-instanced version of the Shadowguard Incursion, as well as rare mobs around Mac'aree.

Is this screenshot accurate? Is this set identical to the Arinor Keeper's set from BoA Unsullied tokens, which is identical to the gear that drops from Seat of the Triumvirate?

this quest is so bad... the egar is the same as arinor one, by this time everyone should have full set, but, the cloak is diferent, it has no colors its just a grey cloak....waste of time.

I just looted the Glowing Key Fragment while doing a world quest to the West of the Seat of the Triumvirate. It's the one where you need to kill 15 void mobs and the talking head shows amazement at his brethren for underestimating us fleshy beings.

Too much work for an ugly transmog set. Seriously wtf is that? It's like they're not even trying anymore. Take the new pre-order mount for alliance. An efffing horse with a lampost on its hindquarters? really? they think I would pay extra for that? crazy

I realize I was being dumb, but I'm going to write it here anyway.

You need to turn the quest Seggio del Triumvirato: L'Armatura del Triumvirato in to Archivista Ionaa in order to get the item that you click in order to get this item set.

I was all over the place trying to find what the armor was and why didn't I have it, and even put in a ticket, before someone who had done it asked me if I had the item to turn into the Archivist.

Now to cancel the ticket...
