~~High Exarch Turalyon has the repeatable quest on the Vindicaar at Antoran Wastes. He does not have the quest when you are on the Vindicaar at Mac'aree or Krokuun.~~

Hotfixed on October 24, 2017: "Supplying the Antoran Campaign", and similar quests, can now be turned in to Turalyon on any instance of the Vindicaar.

Cost of the first per week is 150 resources, 900 each after that one.
You also get 10 rep with Army of the Light per purchase.
