But, if you really do want information about this item, then it seems to be a reward from a Timewarped Badges quest that never made it into the live game. It seems to be a relic from the player's testing realm as a precursor to the Wow Token system of exchanging real world money for game time. According to this article the Wow Token system was originally known as the Timewarped Badges system. Players would go to the shop and buy this particular version of the Distintivo Fuoritempo that could be exchanged at the Auction House for the going amount of gold for a 2700-minute-of-game-time token which would then be sold on to a player willing to buy game time with in-game gold. How the name Timewarped Badge got used for this item is a mystery since the name was already used for an in-game currency obtained from running Timewalking dungeons. End of story, unless someone can point out a mistake on my part, this item is unobtainable at present.
