A level 100 usable trinket, at 600 ilvl, upgradeable twice using Talismano Inferiore Portafortuna AND it gives you 5% crit, haste and 100% mastery and versatility for 20 seconds with 2 min cooldown... I doubt this will go live without some restrictions - if it goes live at all! (Amusingly it does live up to its name "The Perfect Gift" if you check the name of the spell itself.)

gives buff with:

Crit 96
Haste 96
Mastery 96
Versatility 96

Not sure if good or not though. But when you use it, a wrapped gift gets unwrapped over your head.

I looted this from a Stolen Present on my 120 ilvl 330 hunter. The trinket has scaled up to ilvl 335 and was better than my current trinkets with a +196 agility and use to increase your crit, haste, mastery and versatility by 96 for 20 seconds.

When I looted it, I thought it had two prismatic gem slots and two greyed out stats (strength and intel?). I logged onto a JC and mailed myself two gems, played some other toons and didn't get back onto this hunter until the next day. The excess stats and gem slots were gone.

Looted a 395 ilvl piece (+343 main stat and on use +125 secondary stats for 20 sec) from Regalo Rubato. I can't scrap it, but disenchanting it gives me 4 Frammento Splendente Grande.

The ilvl was increased, but not to something that might be useful for most people. You'll have to be a very fresh 60 in order to get any use out of it at its current ilvl of 158.

I just got a 184 one with +52 in main stat, and the use boosts the secondary stats by 54 for 20 seconds.

This item has been updated for DF.

The item level is 428, and upgrade level 1/8.
Base stats are 505 intellect, agility or strength, and the use increases crit, haste mastery and versatility by 394.

I know in previous expansions, it said it could be upgraded but could not. I just confirmed it can be upgraded with crests/flightstones.
