This trinket procs the HoT Grazia dei Creatori (242617) which then gives you and up to 4 more people within 15 yards the absorb shield Baluardo della Grazia (242618) when the HoT ends. Approx 3 RPPM.

The ilvl 930 version seems to heal/absorb for around one million combined. At three procs per minute that results in roughly 50k hps, which isn't terrible, but not exactly something to really rave about either. The shield radius (15 yards) is also rather small.

I could see this trinket being situationally useful in tough high level mythic+ encounters (where every little bit counts), but not really in a raid environment (throwing a ~110-120k absorb shield on a few melees is a bit pityful when they have 5mil+ hp).

Then again, ToS isn't even out yet, and I'm sure there will be a bunch of balancing hotfixes if needed.

Size of the shields is laughable. Is this the worst tanking trinket in the history of WoW?

This trinket is okay on Mythic Sisters with the groups being stacked and the insane amount of raid damage. It had about 40% uptime. Of my 662k HPS (Warrior) it was about 7% combined HoT and Shields.

Also for the 3rd (DK) tank on Mythic Host in the back of the room this HoT is useful to keep yourself up. Uptime would be even higher since you're tanking the whole fight.

FYI, the shield from procs stacks.
I get 2 Hot buffs while shield was up and absortion goes up above the base value.

Still not a Bis Trinket, but the low CD from procs helps a gearing tank.
