I farmed these up at Stonefin Shoals at 36, 61 in Broken Shore by killing the Scagliaorrida Vilpinna and the other murlocs.

These have an almost instant respawn rate and doesn't require you to move around much.

The item itself drops as Armatura di Fildiseta Antica and stacks to 20 allowing you to unstich multiple at once.

Drappi antichi is one of the the quest required for crafting Celumbra, Dicotomia della Notte.

To complete Drappi antichi, you need to obtain 100 Fildiseta Antica that are found in Armatura di Fildiseta Antica.

Armatura di Fildiseta Antica dropped from all humanoid mobs in Broken Shore. In each armor you will find between 4 and 9 Fildiseta Antica.

For me, the best spot of farm is on the north of Lost Temple where you can kill Cantamaree Ondafonda and Difensore Ondafonda. Here, you can farm 100 Fildiseta Antica in 20/25 minutes.

I was on an additional quest to kill 100 demons, "Strike Them Down". So I choose the Toiling Collectors at Darkspear's Might, 55,56 ish. Easy to kill, and lots of them. I collected 56 Ancient Imbued Silkweave from 100 demons. And got the rest of the Ancient Imbued Silkweave from the Deepsurge Naga mentioned by doudule above.
