Note that 1 runecloth bandage is worth more from the vendor than 1 runecloth. If you aren't going to Auction your runecloth, better to sell the bandages than the raw mats.

1 runecloth = 4 silver
1 runecloth bandage = 4 silver 25 copper

Although the first aid skill was removed with the BFA Pre-Patch, the bandages are still available in the game and can now only be made by tailors. For all other professions the different types of cloth are still required for a couple of recipes. So check your recipes to see if you can use the cloth before you sell it through auction house or to a vendor.
