Guessing that this might a ref to the character Chip (a living tea chip that is chipped) from Beauty and the Beast. And while Im not sure how you get it, but I'm also going to guess that it'll be a drop from Karazan since they're going to have some new plays and one of them is Beauty and the Beast.

This drops from the Cestone dei Giochi Eterno. It seems to be pretty rare; I open them on several characters at least daily, and have seen only two, while getting everything else many times.

On use, your character does a drinking animation with a big mug in their hand.

This item is not consumed on use.

As Kimiya said, your character does a small cemaric mug-drinking animation, so this would be kinda splendid for roleplay, as most other drinking animations in the game are used with tin-mugs.

I just want this for RP purposes. I've been opening the damn chest across all alts daily. I've seen the Chromatic flower more than 10 times. Same with the Conch. Hundreds of life-size dolls. Happy fun rocks that can easily replace the Solid stone mailman quest.

Yet, I still haven't seen this cup. Not even on the AH, and I check regularly. I really wonder what the drop chance is...

UPDATE: Finally got it! Opening this on 40ish chars a day, finally got one!

how I got this very easily:
I kept making dks (the loading screen is very quick for my bad computer)
I set the chest to a favorite so it would be quick
I used it quickly
put down katy if I wanted the item
deleted the alt
(right now its the anniversary so before logging out make sure to delete the TAKEN grey mail or you cannot delete)
repeat
only took about 10 min :)
