Like the other follower dungeon missions, this bag contains a random piece for your current spec that's dropped from the Return to Karazhan dungeon.

After turning the quest The Tower of Power in at your Order Hall, you will receive a Glittering Pack that will give you a random piece of loot from Mythic Karazhan.

The Head of Thar'zul is the quest item that starts the quest to enter Karazhan. The head is received as a reward from the Order Hall mission What Lurks Beneath the Tower?. The bonus roll is a Tribute of the Broken Isles.

Kinda curius have anyone gotten any Nightbane loot from this chest? Im not talking about mounts or such, but more about for instance the chest pieces that drops from nightbane or the artifact relics. As they are around ilvl 875+ Wich is 15 ilvl higher than anything else that drops from the place.
I'll update if i get it one of these weeks, would also be cool if anyone that gets nightbane piece would comment it. (somehow i doubt that this can happen tough)
