Dropped off of a Black Guard Sentry that spawns right before you face Rivendare in Stratholme

On my realm this pattern sells for 60g... I did 10 stratholme runs and got 3 patterns and I don't have BS.

Got it on my Hunter today who has JC and Inscription, dropped from the first mobs in the dungeon.

As of Battle For Azeroth, this pattern requires Legion Blacksmithing, meaning that it can't be used until your character gets to level 100 or so. I've reported it as a bug, so hopefully this will get changed.

Just picked this up in Stratholme, from the 3rd group of Undead trash in Elders' Square, just before the metal gate leading into the tunnel to The Gauntlet. Surprise drop that I had already learned, we'll see what it goes for on the AH. Character is a Blacksmith, and it appeared the Plan would be usable, if he hadn't already learned it from a scroll purchased off the AH a couple months back.

As a follow-up note, it doesn't appear that Legion Blacksmithing is needed for this, and my current Blacksmithing level is maxed for Classic patterns, with highest Blacksmithing Skill currently into Pandaria. So some of the requirements may have been downgraded, as it shows "Requires Blacksmithing (1) ", and a second Blacksmith I have who didn't have it was able to learn it at the same level/skill as the one who found the scroll.

This dropped for me on my main who is a Blacksmith; in the Slaughter Square area near Rivendare. I don't think Legion Blacksmithing is required as she is only capped for Classic Blacksmithing and has zero levels in Legion. This is the first time it has dropped out of 17 runs today.
