This item has a chance to be rewarded when Moroes completes an order hall mission, similar to the Paladin's Libram della Verità ability.

Using the item recruits a random special temporary champion that's listed with your usual order hall Troops. This recruit has limited vitality and increases mission success chance by 30% while also countering either minions, hazards, or spells. They do not count toward the limit of 5 active champions since they are considered troops. You can only hold 5 Invito a Cenas at once and you can only have one of these special troops recruited at one time so the intent appears to be to use them freely instead of stockpiling them.

My first recruit was Baronessa Dorothea Mills. Looking through the Wowhead database, I was able to find these possible dinner guest recruits:

The other possible dinner guests that can appear in the Moroes encounter don't appear to have an associated champion (yet).
