Extra damage taken doesn't seem fun at all. Reducing damage is bad, but this just punishes a tank for other players standing in bad.

Got this trinket tonight and trying it out through the reminder of kara it's not that great largely because it can go on pets. The buff from the trinket goes on the four closet allies to you including pets and guardians. I run M+ with a BM hunter so right off the bat his Hati and pet take two of the buffs.

Not a great trinket but highly useful in some situations, like say Melandrus on higher keystone difficulties, where you know that as a tank you will die last in a fight. Particular good for helping to keep a healer alive. Otherwise it's a stat stick or should be swapped out.

Am I the only one, that sees no effect, whatsoever when i use this? (no buff, no guardians familiar)

The animation is a purple bird that flies just above the 5 buffed players and follows them around
It does apply to any type of ally (including NPC, players, hunter pets)
It appears in Recount under Damage Taken as *PLAYER NAME* - SERVER NAME
