I was lucky enough to get both the chest Bardatura del Tradimento Infuocato and this trinket this week. Below are the stats with and without the chest.

iLvl: 860
Versatility: 968
Damage Reduction: 61,473 (79,914)

It appears that the chest equip effect modifies the trinket's equip effect by 30%.

I have both a 304-ilevel Terrore Inevitabile and a 298-ilevel Codice della Prima Tecnica on my Blood DK. For a typical Mythic+15 dungeon run at my 278 item level:

Terrore Inevitabile is responsible for 6.0% or 481.9 HPS of my overall self-healing.
Codice della Prima Tecnica is responsible for 4.3% or 345.4 HPS of my overall self-healing, plus 5.1% or 335.8 DPS of my overall damage.

Edit: Now I have leveled up my ilevel to 297. For a typical Mythic+16 dungeon run:

Terrore Inevitabile is responsible for 5.1% or 636.4 HPS of my overall self-healing.
Codice della Prima Tecnica is responsible for 6.3% or 786.2 HPS of my overall self-healing, plus 6.8% of my overall damage.

It seems that as the Arma Runica Danzante buff coverage increases from ~30% to ~100%, the Terrore Inevitabile's effect of reducing auto attack damage taken is scaling up less steeply.
