Here is a list of items that these make:

Really wish they'd add the one-handed version of the Ardent Warhammer though. The Silver Hand Protectors in the Sanctum of Light are using it. Annoying that the 2h comes in 2 colors but the 1h doesn't.

You (obviously) need to be a Paladin to purchase this item. ~~However, once you've acquired the appearances, any character above level 98 can use them.~~ As Zunyaman pointed out and as I just now noticed myself, the appearances appear in the tab but cannot be transmogged. Nothing happens except for the sound.
