I got 9 of these from the troll cooking pot DURING the quest. After doing the quest, all the buffs/vendors disappeared. Also, I can't seem to find a place that actually use this.

Sadly, you cannot drop the quest and restart to stock up on more mojo, so mojo wisely!

I believe this is only usable during the Broken Shore scenario of the The Battle for Broken Shore questline.

Definitely NOT usable after finishing this questline. Tried to use these in New Dal but kept getting "wrong zone".

Since Legion went live, Mojo Super Denso can ONLY be used during the opening assault scenario of La battaglia per la Riva Dispersa and La battaglia per la Riva Dispersa. After that (or if you have skipped the intro), regardless of your level, these are vendor trash.

UPDATE: These are no longer even vendor trash.

A similar (and more useful) item, Latte di Mammut, is found in the Borsa di Pelle di Mammuts along the south end the Path of Huln (46,78) in Alto Monte. You can get these during La Via di Huln or while doing the lvl 110 world quest in the same area.
