Just killed Doomwalker today as an Engineer (792/800) with the pattern, and he didn't even drop it. That was a lot of time wasted camping this long respawn cycle guy only to find out it's not a 100% drop rate, and you can't mine him or anything.

I also found out today that the part from Iron Juggernaut is not a 100% drop, having killed him on both Heroic and Normal 10man this week.

I've already got the rest of the materials though, so it's not the craft itself that is bugged.

You will need 2-3 runs of the Gnomeregan to get 50 items. It is easy, but will take 20-30 minutes.
Mechanical creatures are in the second part of the dungeon
To get to the Gnomeregan:

Horde players can use teleport in the Capo di Rovotorto from Grom'gol Base Camp You can use Dalaran portal to Karazhan and then fly. I'm showing this in my video.
Alliance players can use portal from Dalaran to Forgiardente and then just fly to the entrance

Respawn time is 3-5 days
He is farmed for the boe gear
No easy server hops in Legion
He stands near the final chapter of the illidan storyline quest and there is always 5-10 ppl near this place. Not 40-50 yards away, but his spawn locations is objective of the Illidan storyline. lol
Not 100% droprate, haha. I hope that it is a bug.
Killed him 4 times on beta in august, 2 times with 800 skill

If you managed to find him on some server... (I doubt you will, but still;p) you can try to server hop, but you will have to recreate the party when you are near his spawn location. It bugged for me. I'm showing this in the video

In ulduar you don't need to clear anything, just use the teleport to the mimiron room. You don't even need to kill the first boss Leviatano delle Fiamme. I hope blizzard will include something like this for the Assedio di Orgrimmar part

I just saw the description of his item's drop location ingame and I immidiately went to check if they had perhaps changed Doomwalker to a shorter droprate or something.. Nope.

What was Blizzard thinking with this one? Why not just make it a drop from one of the Fel Reavers in Hellfire Pininsula? Come on...

These now appear to drop off the Satyr's near Doomwalker's spawn. Dropped after one Barrage.

We're working on a hotfix that will add the drop to some of the other creatures near where Doomwalker spawns.

I can confirm this is now in. Had it drop from the the same spot, from the demons that spawn and fight the Aldor/Scryers.

Someone said on reddit that this can drop from mobs outside of Black Temple in Shadowmoon Valley (Outlands). No confirmation and I can't find the original post.

So Apparently getting the Banca Dati delle Operazioni Preventive di Combattimento is now Soloable!
I've done it super easy on my Demon Hunter, but it's very possible on others such as Warriors and Rogues haven't tried others.

I've made a Quick video showing the route I took to skip Galakras in LFR all the way to Juggernaut.

Was Lucky enough to loot the item on the same run :)

They either drop no loot or drop the Fel Piston Stabilizer.

It has been confirmed that you can can loot this item off of the mobs that spawn in front of the Doomwalker Spawn location. Me and my friend got it off of one kill each.

just got this now from a satyr near where Doomwalker spawns.All i did was fly down to a pack of them and killed a couple and it dropped. I have a screenshot to show

Just got it on 7.3.5 after killing the 2nd Shadowhoof Satyr located right in front of the Black Temple. Don't worry about the Doomwalker!

So I decided to try my luck with the mobs nearby since the Doomwalker wasn't up. I killed two Shadowhoof Summoners and two of the Fel Piston Stabilizers dropped in a row. I could only pick one up once since they are unique, but yes, at least from those mobs, you can pick up this reagent from them as of right now.

The crafting item is still misleading, looted one today.

Made a bug report shortly after with emphasis that they change the text for the area, and not the Doomwalker.

You are able to claim the item from the mobs nearby, Shadowhoof Summoners.
