You will need 2-3 runs of the Gnomeregan to get 50 items. It is easy, but will take 20-30 minutes.
Mechanical creatures are in the second part of the dungeon
To get to the Gnomeregan:

Horde players can use teleport in the Capo di Rovotorto from Grom'gol Base Camp You can use Dalaran portal to Karazhan and then fly. I'm showing this in my video.
Alliance players can use portal from Dalaran to Forgiardente and then just fly to the entrance

He stands near the final chapter of the illidan storyline quest and there is always 5-10 ppl near this place. Not 40-50 yards away, but his spawn locations is objective of the Illidan storyline. lol
Not 100% droprate, haha. I hope that it is a bug.
Killed him 4 times on beta in august, 2 times with 800 skill

If you managed to find him on some server... (I doubt you will, but still;p) you can try to server hop, but you will have to recreate the party when you are near his spawn location. It bugged for me. I'm showing this in the video

In ulduar you don't need to clear anything, just use the teleport to the mimiron room. You don't even need to kill the first boss Leviatano delle Fiamme. I hope blizzard will include something like this for the Assedio di Orgrimmar part

So Apparently getting the Banca Dati delle Operazioni Preventive di Combattimento is now Soloable!
I've done it super easy on my Demon Hunter, but it's very possible on others such as Warriors and Rogues haven't tried others.

I've made a Quick video showing the route I took to skip Galakras in LFR all the way to Juggernaut.

Was Lucky enough to loot the item on the same run :)

If you are wanting to farm the mats to make the modules to sell, you have to farm all the mats for 1, create it, mail it to an alt (or put on AH) and THEN you will be able to loot more of the components.

It seems that each of the components are unique(50) or unique(1) including the components used to create the module if it is in your bags.

I have not yet tested to see if you can farm materials for additional modules once you have learned the module, but I suspect you will be ok to farm them once you have one learned.

For horde players going to Gnomeregan using the teleporter, it is no longer in Booty bay.

It has been moved to Grom'gol Base Camp.

Here's a path to do a run for these. You'll need to do 2 runs to get all the circuits, 3 if you're really unlucky. Just remember to kill anything mechanical you see, even if it's not specifically mentioned below.

NOTE: You take a couple of really big drops on this run. Where applicable, use any damage negation or slow fall tactics you have so you don't die.

Head underground in New Tinkertown and enter Gnomeregan using the Southern-most entrance on the underground map. We're gonna head for the Launch Bay.
Once inside Gnomeregan proper, go straight until you reach the open pit and jump down.
Run across to the large tunnel on the west side where my man P.E. Barechus is wasting all his gas. This tunnel is where we'll start murderating.
Follow the tunnel, killing as you go. Lay waste to everything to be safe, but you're specifically looking for Avvistatore Meccanizzato and Robot Pacificatore. Don't forget to kill them on both the upper and lower pathways.
When you reach the Launch Bay area, make a loop around the top to kill all the mechanicals. Make sure you head out to the middle platform and kill Elettrocuz 6000 also. It drops a circuit but you also need the Chiave del Laboratorio.
Once this upper level is clear, jump down and kill all the mechanical mobs in the lower room. IN THE MECHANICAL FACE. These now include Tecnoragno.
They don't matter at all for this run, but if you're a gnome and you're not also killing the Ingegnere Contaminatos, you're dead to me.
Head out the larger of the two exit tunnels, the one to the south-east, taking the lower path (we'll come back to the upper one). You're killing Abolitore Arcano X-21 and Guardiano Meccanizzato.
Head in to The Final Chamber and kill Mekgeniere Termospin. (He doesn't always drop a circuit.)
Turn around and head back up the tunnel you came down, this time taking the upper-level pathway on the right to kill what you missed. (The upper-level pathway on the left can be ignored.)
Kill, kill, kill, to clear the upper pathway, then go through the small tunnel to the east. We're heading to the Engineering Labs.
Clear the bottom level of the labs and then take the elevator platform to the upper level.
Go right, making your way around the perimeter of the labs. You're looking for Calcagelo Meccanico, Calcafiamme Meccanico, and the boss, Pungolatore 9-60.
The north-west corner leads to a hallway and a staircase with more mechs to clean up. (Mostly Avvistatore Meccanizzato.) Do that and then come back here to the labs.
This time, exit to the north-east pathway (near where you came up on the elevator). Follow this, killing all the mechs. You'll come to the exit of the instance. You can leave.
If you haven't yet picked up enough of the circuits, reset the instance (right-click on your portrait and select "Reset all instances"), go back down to the southern entrance, and run again.
Once you have 50 circuits, congrats! You're done.

There are lots of other things you can do while you're here, like pick up various pet schematics (Schema: Fumetto Furbetto and Schema: Robobomba da Compagnia), or tame Zannapelosa or Tecnostruzzo Senziente if you're a Hunter, or just have the satisfaction of knowing you've properly avenged your fallen brethren if you're a gnome.

Has something changed with regards to acquiring these? I've run Gnomeregan 4 times today without seeing a single one of these drop.
