Just used on beta, level 101 Demon Hunter, got 7,600xp. Unsure if it scales based on level.

I just used it at 101 with rested, granted from 30-57%, required a /reload to show the progress though.

As of 9.0.5, gave me 1,500 experience out of a total of 23,745 needed to ding at level 24.

That's 6.32% of the total experience needed to level.

I am positive that this is not a bug. I'm just curious why the devs chose to call the amount of XP "significant."
