Does not seem to be affected by Emporio Livello 3 (if you use the item while on Draenor).

You can use the 10% rep bonus from WHEE! from the Darkmoon carousel ride while its in town.

The items Tavoletta Arcana di Falanaar and Resti Arcani di Falanaar cannot be used to increase your post-exalted Nightfallen reputation levels in 7.2. The items Tavoletta Arcana di Falanaar and Resti Arcani di Falanaar are being added into the scenario chest instead to replace the originals, which do contribute to Nightfallen paragon.

This is intended to prevent stockpiling of these items ahead of time, much like what they are doing for Artifact Power tokens and existing Order Hall reputation tokens obtainable through missions.

New ones of this item (Post 7.2) can be used to increase your reputation beyond Exalted. Ones you received prior to 7.2 say on them "up to Exalted" and trying to use them gets an error saying "You cannot gain additional reputation with this item."

My personal opinion is that they should at least make them account bound, which they have not.
