One in a series of brews that will be available to Monaco characters at Level 110 in Legion:

Birra del Talismano - Use: Periodically charm critters that you pass by.
Birra Ribollipancia* - Use: Periodically emit bubbles, which cause you and nearby party members to absorb 15000 damage.
Birra di Piede Morbido* - Use: Reduces your fall speed for 1 hour.
Birra Riempipolmoni* - Use: Allows you to breathe underwater for 1 hour.
Birra del Calcamari* - Use: Allows you to walk on water for 1 hour.
Birra del Pungitore Volante* - Use: Increases damage dealt by 10% while under the sky.
Birra del Cuoreduro* - Use: Increases health by 15%.
Birra del Palmo Rapido* - Use: Increases movement speed by 30%.
Birra del Capitombolo* - Use: Roll has infinite charges.

NOTE:
*This brew is limited in where they can be used as follows:

This effect cannot occur in Challenge Dungeons, Raids, or Rated PvP.

Would be nice if these could make stacks, instead of each item for itself.

What exactly does this buff do ? I don't really understand the "while under the sky" thing...

Sigh. But can it be used on Argus? It lets me drink it, but I'm not sure it's helping my damage.
