If you've found yourself here as I have trying to figure out how to use this ability I found the answer finally. Npc is right behind the flight master here, if you're facing the flight master, look to the right.

This is just the reagent for the actual spell.

To use it to nuke a world quest, open the map for the zone with an active world quest and the ability button will be there. Clicking it will light up the valid world quests you can complete.

And yes, you CAN nuke a PvP world quest with this and still get the Honor for completing it.

Usable only on normal, not on rare, epic, dungeon quests...only on the easiest 2 minutes quests...every 3 days...

Be careful, some addons can disable your ability to use this item.

I didn't feel like going through them one by one, so do this:

Disable all addons, reload UI, then use it, then enable addons, reload UI... done.

The WQ on which the Wyrm has been used doesn't count anymore for the Emissary Chests as of 7.1. Can somebody else confirm that ?

edit: don't know why Wowhead shows 7.0.3 for this comment but it's wrong

So I got my frost wrym and it works on everything from pet battles to normal world quests, but not dungeon quests.

I actually think having the wyrm flying there after you summon one is cooler looking than just the winter payne standing there. Which has to be a joke about window panes... if you summon one while the skill is on cool down it is there until you use it. I went to the location to see if shows up but considering how fast the circle vanishes off the map, it is cool that it shows up at the ebon keep.

New in 7.1.5, if you currently have an Croce Gelida Incrostata in your inventory, you won't be able to start work orders on another (where in pre-7.1.5 where you could).

"The Frost Crux is an item of immense power. It would be foolish to attempt to have more than one in your possession. Once you have unleashed the Frost Wyrm, we will be able to summon another."

Anyone having addon conflicts? When clicked, the quests literally go up in smoke and disappear! Thanks In advance!

After some heavy searching and wasted time, I found that LEGION TREASURES the PROBLEM.

Note that it is currently possible to 'cheat' the NPC into starting the work order for a new Frost Crux, before going to collect one ready for pickup.

All you have to do is interact with the NPC before you collect the already finished Frost Crux. This little glitch will allow you to always have a Frost Crux at the ready, even though 10 minutes is not a long wait time regardless.

Go to NPC Winter Payne to place the order. He is near the flight master. At the front of the Hold.

If you can't use it due to addon conflict and can't be bothered to search for conflicting addon, try clicking it once on chosen World Quest, /reload and use it again.
