In order to reach Conjurer Margoss, you need to fish up Emblema di Margoss from Swirling Whorls fishing nodes in the Black Market of the sewers of Dalaran. They are consumed on use, so you will need to fish up another to return.

In the Dalaran Sewers you can get random quests from Fizzi Folgorafegati one of the quests will turn you into a Kobold and when you kill enemy players these Glorious Earwax Candle will drop from them. you then trade them in for Sightless eye from Matthew Rabis.

Just to clear up any inquiries that may arise, trading Candela di Cerume Gloriosa for Occhio Cieco will NOT count towards the achievement Magnate dei Sotterranei. As the achievement states, the Occhio Cieco have to be looted.
