Resti di Fuoco from Ragnaros in Firelands
Resti d'Aria from Al'kir in Throne of the Four Winds

and revered with Therazane.

Upon completion, you will then learn Tomo delle Illusioni - Signori Elementali, which makes Tomo delle Illusioni - Signori Elementali.

For those wondering it drops on Normal, the biggest problem is finding the damn entrance again - but it's in the big swirly thing on the map (the abyssal depth - abyssal breach - go into it and get sucked down and you are in the room with the entrance).

This did not drop for me in timewalking throne of the tides, from Neptulon's Cache. Normal it is then.

Make sure to loot the chest itself, as the item does not appear in the group loot window. We killed Ragnaros, missed to loot the chest, killed Al'Akir and ran back to Firelands, the chest was still up and our enchanter was able to still loot it.

Wowhead says it only drops in heroic mode but I can confirm it dropped for me in normal.

This does not seem to be dropping at all after the 7.3.5 patch. I'm guessing due to them now using similar technology to Timewalking.

Tried today (24.12.2018), the item doesn't drop. Wether normal nor heroic mode.

As of patch 10.2.5:

Upon many runs of Throne of Tides, Cassa di Neptulon (which Resti d'Acqua is contained in) never dropped for me.

The gates to the last encounter with Ozumat would also sometimes close and never re-opened leaving me to teleport/hearth from the dungeon.

This was the only part of the quest Controllare gli elementi that I was not able to complete and this quest is required in order to obtain Tomo delle Illusioni - Signori Elementali so I was definitely intent on completing it!

Resolution: I submitted a ticket and within two days a GM was able to send the Resti d'Acqua directly to my mailbox.

The GM also informed me that this is a known issue and is being worked on.

If you have this same issue, be sure to report it as a bug!
