The pattern i have seen on the AH ranging from 100-300g, which isnt worth it unless you want to complete your flask set.

Maybe this flask is good for PvP, as 2 hours with it doing a lot of pvp is nice, however for PvE it isnt good at all considering the material cost. Not sure what blizzard were thinking with this, however the cost simple isnt worth it.

Im not sure i've ever heard of another use these, i know in our guild they have never been considered.

Just sold it on the ah for 270g.
Considering the alternative is farming lower city to exalted i believe it was a pretty good price.
Nothing worth farming though, with the 4% drop chance off a boss. (Maybe if you're a collector)

Just wanted to add that this and the Ricetta: Tonico dei Titani both still sell fairly well. I was farming Frammento Splendente Grande and got both in a run, but I had no idea how much they went for. I put both up for 500g and they sold overnight, so don't sell yourself short on these as people still like to fill out their professions with anything they can find.

Not only removed, but the recipe has also been removed from my recipe list, which is a bit annoying. The flask used to be very helpful for the fire, shadow etc. resistance fights in Molten Core, Blackwing Lair etc.
