This is one of the 5 new Heirloom Trinkets being introduced in the coming patch, 6.2.3. You can obtain these trinkets by looting bosses in Mythic Dungeons.

This only drops for your current Loot Specializations meaning if you are a Restoration Druid but you have your loot specialization set to Guardian, you will get Frammento Purificato della Terza Luna instead of Giudizio del Naaru. Once you have obtained the trinket for your current Loot Specialization you will then get a random trinket if another drops.

These can't be won using Seal of Inevitable Fate

There is NO current drop rate set for these trinkets.

I did 7 Mythics before I got my Class Trinket. During the Mythic where I got my Trinket, 3 others in my group also got their Trinkets, so it all depends on how lucky you get.

These trinkets are ALL Personal Loot

You do NOT need to loot the boss to get the Heirloom, as soon as you kill the boss it will add the Heirloom to your inventory if you happen to get it.

I have seen some people saying they have gotten 3+ trinkets in a single Mythic, and some say they did all 8 and haven't gotten a single one. There is no current drop rate but it is not a high drop rate, it really all depends on how lucky you get.

So just to have it there for people to see, i'll add the Item level 800 stats right below the 715 stats.

All of the trinket bonuses I describe such as the shield absorbing 100000 damage, are scaled to level 100 NOT 110. You can see what it will give you for each level from 100 to 110 by using the scale.

The 5 new trinkets being

Giudizio del Naaru Versatility w/ Use to smite your foe for 14020 damage and restore 5% mana, also healing a nearby ally for 100% of the damage dealt, also dealing 150% extra damage against demons. Smite your foe for 30960 damage. (can be looted by Holy Paladins, Restoration Druids, Holy and Disc Priests, Restoration Shamans, and Mistweaver monks)

Corno da Guerra di Dente di Gronn Critical Strike, Haste, and Mastery w/ Chance on melee attack to increase Strength by 1152 and all damage against Demons by 10% for 15 seconds. Scoring a killing blow with the buff active grants 8 more seconds of the buff up to original duration. Chance on melee attack to grant Demonbane, increasing Strength by 2544. (can be looted by Retribution Paladins, Arms and Fury Warriors, and Frost and Unholy Death Knights)

Globo della Visione del Vuoto Intellect w/ Chance that when hit with a harmful spell to grant Voidsight, increasing Crit Strike, Haste, and Mastery by 675 and increasing damage against Demons by 10% for 20 seconds. Chance to grant Voidsight, increasing Critical Strike, Haste, and Mastery by 1491. (can be looted by Arcane, Fire, and Frost Mages, Balance Druids, Elemental Shamans, Shadow Priests, and Affliction, Demonology, and Destruction Warlocks)

Talismano del Rintracciamento Infallibile Agility w/ Chance on melee/ranged attack to deal 10972 damage and increase damage against Demons by 10% Chance on melee or ranged attack to deal 24229 damage. (can be looted by Feral Druids, Survival, Beast Mastery, and Marksmanship Hunters, Assassination, Combat, and Subtlety rogues, Enhancement Shamans, and Windwalker Monks)

Frammento Purificato della Terza Luna Versatility w/ Use to give a shield that absorbs 100000 damage for 20 seconds and is 100% more effective if target is a Demon Gain a shield that absorbs 220828. (can be looted by Protection Paladins, Protection Warriors, Guardian Druids, Blood Death Knights, and Brewmaster Monks)

I assume since each of these has Class Specializations tied to them, that these will be available via Personal Loot.
Each of these trinkets are Bind on Account (BoA) and scales from 100 to 110.

It appears that Shadow Priest is not showing up as a specialization for being able to loot any of these trinkets so i'm going to have to assume wowhead messed up as it is the only specialization that was excluded.

Shadow Priest has been added as a Specialization that can loot Globo della Visione del Vuoto.

If i am a tank, set my loot specialization to DPS, will the DPS version drop? having the DPS and tank versions would be awesome.

I just ran a string of 5 mythic dungeons on my Mistweaver Monk, with loot rolls set to Mistweaving, and I ended up getting Giudizio del Naaru, Corno da Guerra di Dente di Gronn, and . So it looks like any character has a chance to loot any trinket.

Five facts about these hierlooms:

I've been averaging 1 per 20 boss kills as have other people I have seen, meaning it has roughly a 5-10% drop rate personal loot from any mythic dungeon boss.
These cannot be won with bonus rolls using Seal of Inevitable Fate.
Similar to the Garrosh Hierlooms, they don't appear in the hierloom tab until you get them
They are 715 item level at level 100, and can be equipped with the Touch of the Void hierloom trinket at the same time, meaning a fresh 100 alt could have both on without worrying about acquiring trinkets.
They drop based on your current loot specialization meaning if you are healing on your Holy Paladin but have loot specialization set to Retribution, the strength one will drop. Afterwards, a random one will drop on that same specializaton, but if you switch to another like holy for example, the healer one will drop.

the loot of a heirloom IS NOT character related.Talismano del Rintracciamento Infallibile dropped for my hunter-as expected,BUT Frammento Purificato della Terza Luna dropped as well for the same char(BM spec,but definitely not qualifying)

I wonder if these looms-considering the behaviour in heirlooms tab-will be retired in Legion,just like Garrosh ones were in WoD.

Has anyone received an Heirloom trinket from a Mythic Dungeon they were already loot locked to? Please don't down vote, just curious. I want to keep clearing them on my main to make the runs really fast. Just wondering if the drop rates are tied to loot eligibility. Thanks!

Some facts about the new heirloom trinkets dropping from mythic dungeon bosses;

- These are personal loot, so you dont have to worry about someone else needing on your trinket.
- These are like Garrosh heirlooms, meaning that the first drop you'll get will be according to your loot specialization (in other words, if you are a retribution paladin that has selected "holy" as its loot specialization, you will get the healing trinket)
- These are not one time drops, meaning that after you obtained your first trinket (according to your loot specialization) other ones (str/agi/int dps or tank) can also drop. But the first one is guaranteed to fit your loot specialization.
- These can NOT be won via bonus rolls.
- Drop chance seems roughly 5 to 15 percent. On average you may have your first trinket within the first week, considering there are 32 dungeon bosses and 1 optional boss (Xeri'tac) (there is no confirmation regarding whether Lanticora spawns on mythic or drops trinkets)

I've made a useful macro for my Disc priest using this odd trinket.

/cast Holy Fire
This will allow you to stay on a friendly target without switching to an enemy target, while casting the trinket and Holy Fire simultaneously.
You need to have the trinket placed in the first trinket slot to work. Or change '13' in the macro to '14' for the second trinket slot.
Ofcourse other healers can remove the third 'holy fire' line. ;)

With the base mana of 160k you'll get 8k mana per use. That translates to ~666.6 mp/5. Apparently 1 spirit is equal to ~2.061 mp/5. That'd mean it the use effect would be equivalent to about 323.46 spirit.

In reality it will be a bit lower because a) you'll not use it right at the start of a fight, but rather when you actually used up 5% of your mana and b) you only get the mana once every minute and not constantly. That means the time between your last use and the end of the fight will be wasted.

It is safe to delete this out of your bags after earning it. It will still be accessible in your "Heirlooms" tab under the "Collections" action bar icon.

2 weeks,66 bosses looted,not a single trinket in sight.And in front of my eyes a warrior got 2 trinkets in 3 dungeons. This very,very heavily RNG dependent.

A side note : my BM monk friend got the str dps trinket while in WW spec (he already had tanking trinket). Seems like your first trinket depends on your current loot specialization, whereas the following ones are handed out in a random fashion.

You cannot equip more than one of the Demonbane Heirloom Trinkets at the same time, even though it only says "Unique-Equipped" as supposed to "Unique-Equipped: Demonbane".

Sigh... another WoWhead failure. (1) no dropped by X mob/boss! (2) no % dropped. /sigh.

Yet speculation here in the comments guess about these things, which should be shown by data...

After some testing here are the results I came up with:
Damage dealers and Tanks can equip and use this trinket for a selfheal, but cannot equip
it together with other heirloom trinkets of same itemlevel/type (the 4 other 100-110 heirloom trinkets)
It does restore mana on a paladin tank / dps, but not give any rage on a prot warrior (as intended i guess)

The healing component can crit
The damage component can crit

The Damage component can multistrike, and that will also cause a heal, where the heal is calculated according to the multistrike damage it did.

The healing component can multistrike, but it can also multistrike from a heal caused by multistrike damage, (Hit -> Causes 1st heal, multistrike damage hit -> causes 2nd heal, 2nd heal -> caused multistrike heal)
Best case scenario: 3x Damage hits, and 9x Heals!

The damage and the healing component on this trinket is affected by Versatility, it double dips, so first the damage gets increased, and then after the healing also gets increased.

Character naked with only Trinket equipped:
2.7% Versatility
Damage: 14399
Healing: 14777
Damage is 2.7% Higher then trinket shown on wowhead(with no versatility at all)
Healing is 2.7% Higher then damage

Character with gear on, and mark of the wild:
16.44% Versatility
Damage: 16325
Healing: 19074
Damage is 16.44% Higher then trinket shown on wowhead(with no versatility at all)
Healing is 16.44% Higher then damage

Unique-Equipped

I know that each trinket says that it is unique-equipped, but it may need to be specified a little bit further. Each one of the trinkets below fall into the same unique-equipped category, since they are of the same trinket set. This means that you can only have a single one of these trinkets equipped at once.

Giudizio del Naaru

This trinket will drop for any of the healing specializations
As much a healer may desire to, the Orb of Voidsight cannot be used in conjunction with this trinket.

Corno da Guerra di Dente di Gronn

This trinket will drop for any of the melee -strength- damage specializations

Globo della Visione del Vuoto

This trinket will drop for any of the casting damage specializations

Talismano del Rintracciamento Infallibile

This trinket will drop for any of the tanking specializations
Unfortunately, tanks will not be able to equip this trinket alongside one of their alternative damaging trinkets.

Side Note: there might be some content when the healers or tanks would prefer to use their alternative damaging trinkets. For example, I foresee a lot of Discipline Priests going with the Orb of Voidsight when Legion is released primarily to increase their atonement healing. On the same hand, tanks that no longer have to worry about damage mitigation can opt to help their group by equipping their damage trinkets.

EDIT: It appears that I need to go into further detail. While, yes, the trinkets CAN drop for everyone regardless of your role, each particular trinket will be prioritized and be available first based entirely on your role (i.e. loot specialization). If you have selected to receive tank gear, you WILL receive the tank trinket before any other trinkets will drop. I just figured this was common knowledge. I apologize for the confusion.

Playing with my tank, I got the tanking trinket. Then I played with my son (same Bnet account), he got his caster dps trinket wit his mage. In the same run, while having my loot set to mistweaver, I got the agi dps trinket.
Therefore, after your first trinket, all others are entirely random, per char.

This is a VERY good trinket to have when doing old raids, as the damage you do is largely amplified. If you see yourself getting low on HP, you can pop this and pretty much get topped off in one go, with 1 min cooldown to boot!

It allows you to use the trinket without targeting anyone. Set the tank as your focus at the start of the fight, and it'll attack whoever the tank is fighting.

Has there been any news as to whether or not these heirloom trinkets will still be obtainable when Legion comes out, or will they be dropped from boss loot tables like they did with the heirloom weapons that could be obtained from Garrosh in SoO before WoD launched were?

Not sure if anyone will see this or care, but I can confirm that if your bag is full you can still get these to drop, so you don't have to worry about keeping a slot open when you run mythics.

In Shadowlands prepatch, this item is usable from level 1 to 44. You can upgrade it once, but upgrading does nothing except write Upgrade level 1/1. It can still only be used up to level 44. This is the same for all Demonbane heirloom trinkets.

After the Shadowlands rebalancing of levels, I wouldn't really recommend using this trinket in any situation while leveling. The amount of healing it does is incredibly low compared to what it used to do, and versatility usually isn't terribly useful to healers. It is probably better to use the damage dealing trinket (provided you have it, of course!) and just have it proc occasionally from dealing damage, or to use the warscroll or hymnal trinkets from Battle for Azeroth.

You can personally view the amount of healing it does while scaling. At level 15, it deals 17 damage and heals 17 damage to a random player. My maximum health is 970. This is 1.8% of my total health. The 2% mana might seem nice, but the odds of you ever needing mana--or if you somehow did, the 2% making an actual difference--is exceptionally low.

I am not sure if this is a bug, an oversight, or an intended nerf to this trinket, but either way I can't in good faith recommend that anyone continue using it at this time. Virtually any other heirloom trinket would be more helpful. Or even random dungeon trinkets, probably.
