Useful in low-level duels against frost mages :D

This actually seems like a pretty useful item for low-level PVP, especially since it does NOT require the user to be an engineer and wouldn't share a cooldown with the other goodies in your bag of tricks. I'd keep these stocked along with my Swiftness Potions and Lesser Invisibility Potions (which sadly DO share a cooldown with each other).

The NPC that used to sell this was Rizz Vitelenta. He was located at 47.4, 35.4 in Alterac Mountains which got merged with Alture di Colletorto in patch 4.0.3a.

Since Cataclysm the NPC no longer exists and the schematic can no longer be obtained.
