It's on top of the mountain, up a pretty clear path once you find the path start. It's at 53.1, 55.6.

The trail starts on the south side of the mountain. Just follow the path marked with totems and head to the top.

To clarify the path for finding this. It's in the Snowblind Mesa where the Mighstone Flankers are.Hug the rocks going up the left side. The path begins behind Arxas <The spawn of Naraxas> and moves upwards behind Xyst <The spawn of Naraxas>and winds up and around til you get to the top. Can confirm starting /way is 53 55.

For the achievement Avventuriero di Alto Monte you also need Cassa del Tesoro Totalmente Sicura - Treasure Worm.
Coordinates: 52.4, 51.4 - Alto Monte, Thunder Totem, Snowblind Mesa, Reflection Peak,
Flight point: Thunder Totem - Domatore del Vento Nalt
Loot: Offerta a Ram'pag

if you start in "Thunder Totem", take the way to the east from the upper floor to the "Snowblind Mesa". After the bridges, behind the camp, take the road to the left and go to the mountain. You will find a very small path at the "Reflection Peak", the way uphill to the top of the mountain. You will see a Cassa del Tesoro Totalmente Sicura. Open it and fight against Ram'pag. If you win, you get Cassa del Tesoro Molto Sicura with Offerta a Ram'pag as your reward.

If you go to the drogbar camp with the worms (descriptive, I know) in the snowblind mesa, there's a path to the west of Xist, behind the camp, leading up the mountain. It'll lead up to reflection peak. The boss you fight is a worm, so no worries on wind spells knocking you off the mountain.

Humorously, I found Ram'Pag on my hunt to find the Derelict Kite... Needless to say, I was rather stunned and had a good fight! LOL! The hunt for the Kite continues...! <smile/grin>

The gold value of former AP tokens was determined by the following:
Uncommon quality (green): 10 gold
Rare quality (blue): 25 gold
Epic quality (purple): 100 gold

The amount of AP in each token didn't matter, just the quality of the token itself.
Some tokens (such as those awarded from the Class Hall quests) do not follow this formula.

Edit: All AP tokens are now gray trash items.
