Found from a small treasure chest in the north east of Thas'talah, south of Bradensbrook in Val'sharah.

This is a cute little toy, running around having little fairy's leave leaves behind me was awesome.

Here is a video showing the location of the toy, and how it looks while running around Dalaran.

This is one of the Toys that can be unlocked via reputation in Legion. These toys are available from various vendors upon reaching the required reputation.

Of note, in Legion there will be a new 300 Toy achievement - Ricorda di condividere. This will award the mount Estrattore di Legna Meccanizzato.

This thing causes you to leave leaves in your wake as you walk, and has an amazing, vibrant green spell effect. With a cooldown of only 10 minutes and a duration of 5, you can have it up half of the time. Bound to look pretty good.
