Makes whip noise.

This item could definitely become a toy in time. When used on another player, it creates a rope between you two. When used on an NPC of any kind, it simply makes the sound of a whip/rope, but doesn't attach a rope between you and your target.

Considering it has no utility purpose, doesn't get used up, and functions similar to other toys, it's a perfect candidate for the toy box.

For the achievement Avventuriero di Alto Monte you also must kill Hartli la Ladruncola.
Coordinates: 51.0, 49.4 Alto Monte, Windripper Peak
Flight point: Skyhorn, Farah Becco Celeste
Item: Corda dell'Amicizia
Dropchance: 0.28%

from the flight point in Skyhorn goes south over the bridge and then go left. Before the hut, a narrow path going up to the mountain to "Windripper Peak". On top turn right and take the small path and you will find Hartli la Ladruncola.
