Carboncin is dropped by the elite Tenpak Totem Fiammante at the coordinates 42/41 in the Haglands in Highmountain. Path up starts at the coordinates 45/34.

The Exiled Shaman (Tenpak Totem Fiammante) is at 41.8, 41.4 on top of the mountain in Alto Monte The Haglands zone. Path up the mountain starts in Bloodhunt Highlands 43.9, 31.8, north from The Witchwood flight point.
He's a part of Avventuriero di Alto Monte achievement, drops Carboncin companion.

For the achievement Avventuriero di Alto Monte you also must kill Tenpak Totem Fiammante töten.
Coordinates: 41.8, 41.4 Alto Monte, Darkfeather Valley, The Haglands,
Flight point: Skyhorn, Farah Becco Celeste
Pet: Carboncin

From Skyhorn goes north through the Darkfeather Valley until the Rockcrawler Chasm. Before the cave, goes right up the hill in "The Haglands"... go always left until you're pretty high up at an intersection-like surface. From there, go right on top until you reaches a hut at the end. In front of it stands Tenpak Totem Fiammante.
With luck properly drop for you the pet Carboncin.
