Rewarded from the rare Glittering Treasure mission. Popped for me when all of my champions were iLvl 805+, but the requirements were only for iLvl 760 so I'm assuming it's just rare once you have a champion at level 110.

As others have said, it turns you into a makrura for 10 minutes, granting you underwater movement speed and breathing.

I had this popup today on the legion app (have uploaded image, waiting for confirmation). It was shown up as a NON-RARE mission with a time limit of 12 hours with 3 debuffs to counter (may vary) and they were.. ' Powerful ' (reduced success chance) and ' Disoriented x2 ' (increased minion cost).

Gemma Incrostata di Conchiglie can be obtained from the Class Order Hall mission; Glittering Treasure.

Glittering Treasure is a 12 hour, 760 ilvl mission.

There is 2 kinds of enemies that your followers will face. Manisporche (Powerful; Reduces success chance.) and Scagliasale Brinamara (Cursed; No bonus loot.), you will also face Sea Spray (Cursed; No bonus loot).

Transforms you into a Makrura for 10 minutes. Providing water breathing and underwater walking (it allows you to walk on the seabed).

As soon as you enter combat, even if you don't attack or take any damage, the form is removed. This means it has very few practical uses.

Pretty useless IMO since it breaks instantly on combat. I was really excited to get this until some weak mob nibbled on my ankle and broke the effect. Just something to use while you are waiting or bored now.

In a world where everyone has been gifted a WaterStrider because they're pretty chummy with Nat Pagle, this little item was a god send. I'll happily grind a WaterStrider between other commitments but in the interim, I'll use this number for traversing the oceans whilst trying hard not to sing "Under the Sea"

Comes from a 760 mission. Sadly when your followers are all 850+ the mission no longer pops up and the toy becomes unavailable. Another great design.

After some testing, this gem is actually a LOT of fun to use. Any non-combat abilities can be used while transformed (haven't fully tested). So healing, sprinting, stealth, etc. are all fair game. And while it can't be used while mounted, the most notable skill I've tried so far is monk's Volo Zen - there's nothing more awesome than flying around on a cloud as a crustacean! Of course the underwater abilities definitely come in handy as well.

I get the most use out of this item when I run Coilfang Reservoir (Serpentshirine Caverns, Slave Pens, ect.) because it allows me to use pretty much all of my ground speed boosts by running along the floor of the entrance pipe rather than swimming through it.

UPDATE FOR 8.2! Once you use the toy, you can eat underwater! (Hinty hint: Blackwater Behemoth :))

A great toy to have when you're about to drown. Pop this and even though everything breaks it, you'll have a full breath bar again when the effect is removed. Very useful when doing a bunch of "collect x of these underwater items" quests and you don't feel like swimming to the top just to catch your breath.
