Summons two worgs each time it procs. As a Survival hunter, the summoned Bloodstalkers benefit from Survivalist. As a Beastmaster, the summoned worgs do significantly more damage: at 102, 721 ilvl, they were each doing about 2500 per attack as opposed to 1500 as Survival.

As a rogue, this item can be a blessing or a damnation. If you're solo-ing a tough elite and the worgs are spawned, you can Vanish and bandage yourself without resetting. If however, you want to Vanish just to get away from unwanted aggro, these worgs will just cause the mob to continue following you after they despawn.

Is 509 Versatility useful for question. It would replace a +Agility trinket w/Proc.

If you get this trinket, it is more awesome than the stats would suggest. The trinket produces 2 worgs. They attack in pack style, flanking the target. Their cool down is short for how awesome it is (Please Blizz do not nerf this). Their first appearance is a little startling but once you recognize what it is they are very welcome.

I recently participated in the Siege of Boralus with 4 friends. I was level 52 warrior, the lowest character. I died frequently during this (likely due to my underdeveloped skills- new player only been playing since December). However, the wolves that appeared from my trinket continued to harry, attack, and force the target to move pulling the target off the party long enough for them to focus on them even while I was dead.

Sorry, I do not remember where exactly I got it from. I think It was from a drop from killing the Alpha Wolf in the pack in Stormheim?

Terrible trinket, the wolves have an attack skill of 1 so they either do 1 damage or miss every attack. It's as bad as Tocco del Vuoto. Don't use it.
