This is the main hand for the Artifact weapon set for Elemental Sciamano. The companion shield is Guardia degli Alti Custodi.

Given to Ra by Aman'Thul, this weapon is currently safeguarded by Xuen.

What a ugly thing. I go def for transmorf it into something else.

I really do not get it. Resto's and melee got a nice mace, but hee give the range player an ugly weapon.

Elemental shaman, very lightning oriented.

Weapon has procs enhancing lightning bolt.

Fist of "Ra-Den", weapon with the power of a god.

I smell a Mortal Kombat reference.

Where is the passive Equip: you have a chance to cast bla bla bla ? more lightning bolts 'cause Equip: Grants the Stormkeeper ability, which massively empowers your Lightning Bolts. isnt good idea

Really dislike it being a fist weapon.... for a caster, this means we will petty much ever see it.... cant even mog it to a 1h weapon instead... also makes the whole Ench moging they added is pointless for ele... sigh... PLZ BLIZ GIVE US A 1h MODEL ...

There are certain elementals scattered throughout the Broken Isles that are Sciamano-only encounters. If you help these elementals in some way, they grant Artifact Power to your equipped Artifact Weapon. You must have Pugno di Ra-Den (Elemental), Martelfato (Enhancement) or Sharas'dal, Scettro delle Maree (Restoration) equipped to get the Artifact Power.

As with any vignette mobs, these will appear on your minimap like rares (marked with a star).

Terra Furente

These vignettes appear as Restless Earth totems on the ground, and when clicked will spawn Terra Furente, a Rare Elemental. Defeating it (and "freeing" it) grants 50 Artifact Power to your equipped Artifact Weapon.

Troubled Air Spirit

These vignettes appear as a friendly Spirito dell'Aria Turbato. When you speak to it, a number of whirlwinds will appear in a circle. Periodically, these whirlwinds will migrate straight through the center of the circle, and you must dodge them.
You will know if you failed if the Air Elemental turns hostile and attacks you. You can simply wait a few minutes for it to respawn so you can try again,

Completing the challenge grants 50 Artifact Power to your equipped Artifact Weapon.

Idrannon

Idrannon, an NPC in Stromheim at (Straits of Hydrannon, northeast of Tideskorn Harbor), starts a minigame whereby you have to dodge sharks and pick up water orbs. On completion of the challenge, you are granted 50 Artifact Power.

Some lore on the fist of Ra-den:

Ra-den is the Mogu term for "Master Ra"

Ra was one of the watchers created by the titans to fight against the old gods when they discovered Azeroth.
After the old gods defeat and the creation of their prisons, Ra with the titan-forged Tol'vir, Mogu and Anubisath, traveled to the southern part of Kalimdor, where he would create a forge in Uldum, like the one in Ulduar wich helped heal Azeroth's titan soul, wich also had the power to erradicate all life in Azeroth if Algalon found it necessary.
During his travel he found Y'shaarj's heart, wich he buried down bellow the valley of eternal blossoms, and made the Mogu it's watchers

When Sargeras betrayed the titans, he destroyed their bodies, but their souls were saved by Norgannon, these souls traveled to Azeroth, to find new bodies to live in, when they did, the watchers saw the titans memories, for just a second they saw images of a life it was not theirs, the watchers didnt undestand what happened, but Ra did, he knew the titans died, and that the remains of their souls and power entered their bodies. He disappeared and went to a vault under Pandaria, where he would stay meditating until Lei Shen found him, looking for answers about the Mogu reason to exist, as the Mogu, who tought Ra abandoned them created their own culture, and abandoned their old duties, fighting each other for the Mogu race control except when the mantid swarm tried to invade the valley attracted by Y'shaarj's heart.

Lei Shen interrogated him for days, when he accused him of abandon them, Ra took him to the mountains of thunder, there, he explained Lei Shen what happened with the titans, he expected the truth to destroy the Mogu soul as it did with his, but instead, Lei Shen knock Ra down, and he stole both Ra's and Aman'thul's remaning powers, becoming the thunder king, he decided that, if Ra was not willing to continue the titans duty, he would...

If you reset your artifact weapon (the talents/traits) you DONT lose any artifact power except for the artifact power you pay for the reset!

The Raging Tempest in Stormheim reacts to this weapon by becoming friendly and saying a few things:

What is the point of these weapons? I've acquired these special weapons for several different classes and they are not nearly as good as what I was already wielding. My old mace (iLvl 43) and shield (iLvl 43) are far more powerful than the Fist of Ra-den (iLvl 20). GearHelper says my old combination is 291 points better. Do they eventually get augmented enough to be useful? Hell, I'll be in Shadowlands before then and will be earning iLvl 100+ gear.
