The decorations of the 5 items Uniformi Macabre Luci della Veglia Invito del Veggente Birra della Strega Striscianti Inquietanti exist even Hallow's End passed NOW(Asia). I don't know how long the decorations will last.

IT'S TRADABLE.

Guide for Alliance:
1.Use Striscianti Inquietanti bought from your garrison holiday NPC Izzy Frizzafeste, costs 5 Forniture Sinistre.
2.You have chance to loot from Aracnis in your garrison only once daily. Its location is (72.84,36.15) of 3 level garrison, around outside the mine cave.

Forniture Sinistre is rewarded for the new holiday quests from Izzy Frizzafeste.
Aracnis respawns every 3-5 minutes and you can visit other player's garrison to kill.

Bug fixed!

Update1:Make sure uncheck the autoloot setting. Some players found a bug that you can only loot one item from Aracnis. So you almost will loot a white item or a grey item, and the toy Sacca di Ragni Spettrali maybe say goodbye to you today.
Update2:If you uncheck the autoloot setting, and don't loot the item if not the toy, next time you can loot again until you get the toy. Good luck, all guys!

As Arachnis is classified as a rare, be aware that you can loot him only once a day for an attempt to get this item.
HOWEVER. There is a little trick that can help you. You can look at his loot and if there is not this toy, just leave him with the trash items without looting. Then you can kill him for loot again once he spawns again in a few minutes. This has been fixed, it is no longer possible to get another loot in the same day on the same character.

If you really want the toy and your main has bad luck, you can get theoretically up to 50 attempts per day with a help of friend who has Arachnis in their garrison. Simply log your alt and ask a friend to invite you into a group, visit his garrison and kill Arachnis with your alt (or let your friend kill him if you are not strong enough, just tag Arachnis in that case). Repeat with your alts until you loot the Sack of spectral spiders. Profit - toys are shared across your character on a single account.
PS: Your friend should be in their garrison to have Arachnis spawned.

I recommend looting the toy (if it drops) first, because some players report issues with looting more than one item off Arachnis. It should have been fixed, but better safe than sorry.

LATEST UPDATE: It seems that this trick was hotfixed. Now there are only two attempts as non-looted items from Arachnis are delivered into mail after 5 minutes. So after you kill Arachnis for the first time, be prepared to nuke him down fast immediately after he respawns to get a second chance for the day. For additional attemps using another character or waiting till another day is inevitable. This has been fixed.

The drop rate seems to be fairly low. I killed Aracnis today on 6 toons without any luck.

Edit: 8th kill did it so I'm personally at 12,5% drop rate. Wowhed also provides the loot table now stating it's 9% drop.

Contrary to info I've seen posted on Arachnis's page here I can confirm the toy IS lootable in a raid group, just got mine in one. Make sure autoloot is off and loot nothing from the mob except this item or you are saved for the day on that character.

EDIT - Yup, as others have said, Blizz have caught on and not looting the corpse and retrying no longer works. You just get the standard "Recovered Items" mail from the Postmaster as soon as the first corpse despawns and subsequent corpses that day aren't lootable.
Ah well, it was good while it lasted. GL all and remember, LOOT THE TOY FIRST.

The toy can still drop even though Hallow's End has ended for the year. Users reported looting here and here.
---As jtrack3d points out, these first 3 steps are only necessary if you don't/can't access a raid/party to find the rare in another person's garrison.---

Prep
Step 1 (quests only available during Hallow's End): Do the dailies from Orukan: Spiaccicare le Zucche Malefiche, Un terribile fertilizzante, Ammutinamento sulla Nave d'Ossa, Epurare la ciurma to receive Forniture Sinistre (supplies are account-bound and do not expire).
Step 2: Use 5x Forniture Sinistre to buy Striscianti Inquietanti from Izzy Frizzafeste.
Step 3: "Right click to apply this decoration package to your Garrison."

Note: Decorations do not disappear when corresponding holiday event is over (ie. still spiders after Hallow's End).

Once per Day per Character:
Step 4: Head to Aracnis' spawn location, which will vary by faction (both listed are for level 3 garrisons):

Alliance: 73.22,36.08 - left of mine entrance behind training dummies.
Horde: 56.91,88.32 - in between herb/mine at the lava flow.

Step 5: Turn off autoloot. (Interface > General)
Step 6: Kill spider.

As others have mentioned, loot the toy first. (Toy is blue Sacca di Ragni Spettrali, not white Sacca di Ragni.)

Edit: **HOTFIX** Ability to not-loot and kill multiple times per day was hotfixed overnight, as Lughnasadh and Voxxel have confirmed.
*As of 10/18/2015: If you don't see the toy (Sacca di Ragni Spettrali) in the loot, DON'T LOOT ANYTHING. It has been reported that if you don't loot from the kill, you can kill again after ~5 minute respawn with another chance for loot. Once you've looted from the spider, you've used up your character's "turn" for the day.

I killed this spider around 15 times on the same day before the toy dropped, so you can kill it multiple times per day - just make sure you DO NOT loot. After grabbing the toy, I was unable to get anything else it dropped after looting the toy.

Got the item after 19 kills. At one point I had 10 bodies on the ground before they disappeared, so if you're trying to get the white sack of spiders it may be possible to loot more than 1 at a time.

Looks like she's been hotfixed. Went in for my next round of kills and did not loot the body, the Postmaster sent me the junk off of her, and on the next kill she was unlootable. Tried this on multiple toons, seems to be in the last half hour or so.

The "don't loot the crap" system seems to not be working anymore as of ~3pm eastern on 10/19. Definitely didn't loot the mob, but subsequent kills didn't add any more loot to the body. Went and did a garrison invasion, came back and re-killed the spider, and it wasn't lootable at all.

***As of this afternoon (October 19, 2015), the previously used method to loot Aracnis multiple times a day has been stealth hotfixed - the items from the corpse will now be sent to you in the mail if not looted, and you will receive no loot on subsequent kills in a day. Thus, you can only loot this mob once daily.***

Aracnis is a rare spawn that is part of the Hallow's Eve 2015 holiday event. He spawns in your garrison as a "rare" if you use the Striscianti Inquietanti garrison decoration, and drops the toy Sacca di Ragni Spettrali.
Striscianti Inquietanti is one of 5 decorations that can be purchased and applied to your garrison, available for this holiday event.

All of the decorations can be purchased for Forniture Sinistre from the vendor Izzy Frizzafeste. In the Horde garrison she is standing at the center by the fire, and in the Alliance garrison she is next to the water fountain at the center.

Applying Striscianti Inquietanti to your garrison causes two things to happen:

The rare spawn Aracnis appears in your garrison.
Battle pets spawn all over your garrison. These are all one of 3 halloween related battle pets, that are not obtainable elsewhere, and can be captured:

Aracnis has 978k health and is non-hostile until engaged. Other than melee attacks, it uses one ability - Esplosione di Ragnatele. This ability places a number of webs on the ground around your character - staying out of them is an easy matter if you do not move at all. If you stand in the webs, you gain Esplosione di Ragnatele - you take nature damage and are slowed significantly.
All in all, this rare is very easy to kill.

Here are some further notes on this mob:

Aracnis spawns every 5 minutes at the same spot:

Horde - (56,88), outside and south of your garrison, up the hill, towards the outhouse and east of your herb garden (near the lava pool).

Alliance - (74,34) outside and east of your garrison, between the guard tower and the mine, to the right of the training dummies.

You do not need to kill him in your own garrison. You may visit another player's garrison with Striscianti Inquietanti active to kill him, and you can loot him with Free-for-all loot active.
The toy Sacca di Ragni Spettrali drop rate is less than 10%.
The toy is not Bind on Pickup, and it can be traded or bought/sold on the Auction House.
You can only loot Aracnis once per day PER CHARACTER. ~~However, there is currently a way to circumvent this in order to get the toy:~~

~~Turn off auto-loot (Interface --> Controls); alternatively leave auto-loot on and hold Shift when looting to manually disable auto-loot.~~
After each kill of the mob, check the corpse for the toy. If it is not in the loot, simply wait for the next spawn and rinse and repeat until you see the toy, at which point you can grab it. It is ESSENTIAL you do not take any loot off the body for this to work - as soon as you loot any item, you can no longer loot him that day. In fact, if you see the toy and other items, take the toy first as there have been reports that only one item can be looted per day!
The above method has been stealth hotfixed - the items from the corpse will now be sent to you in the mail if not looted, and you will receive no loot on subsequent kills in a day. Thus, you can only loot this mob once daily.

This rare also drops Sacca di Ragni - this is a currently useless consumable item that does nothing when used (likely glitched).
This toy CAN be looted in a raid group.

Below are listed the other garrison decorations available, and their effects.

Birra della Strega	Forniture Sinistre X 5	This decoration brings a Pandaren witch to your garrison. Clicking on the cauldron in front of her will grant you Birra della Strega - an item that turns you into an alemental.
Invito del Veggente	Forniture Sinistre X 5	This decoration places Veggente degli Spiriti Ikalyi in your garrison, along with some Visitatore dell'Oltretomba NPCs that float around.
Luci della Veglia	Forniture Sinistre X 5	This decoration puts pumpkin lanterns and candles all around your garrison.
Uniformi Macabre	Forniture Sinistre X 5	This decoration changes the appearance of your garrison guards to those of any of the following wands: Bacchetta della Veglia - Pirata Bacchetta della Veglia - Ninja Bacchetta della Veglia - Gnomo Contaminato Bacchetta della Veglia - Scheletro

Some notes about the decorations outlined above:

Each character can buy 1 decoration per day, as the four dailies provide a total of 5 Forniture Sinistre per day.
The decorations are account bound, and can be sent to your other characters. As such, you can do the dailies on 4 alts and have all 5 decorations on your main on a single day!
They can only be displayed in a level 3 garrison.
Multiple decorations can be active in your garrison simultaneously.
Right-clicking a decoration to "use" it applies the effect described above to your garrison, and consumes the item. This effectively "unlocks" that decoration for your character, and it will be applied any time you choose after that.
You can speak to Izzy Frizzafeste and select "The party's over. Get rid of these decorations, Izzy." to remove the decorations.

If you have cancelled the garrison decoration as above, speaking to Izzy again and selecting "Make my garrison ready for a Hallow's Eve party." will reapply the decorations.
If you have unlocked more than one decoration, the above actions (to remove or restore the decorations) will do so to ALL decorations, not just selected ones.

The currency for the decorations (enabling you to buy them) is only available during Hallows End. As such, these decorations can only be acquired then. However, the decorations can be applied to your garrison (after you have unlocked them) all year round!

There are 4 daily quests that grant Forniture Sinistre, which are used to buy garrison decorations.
All 4 of these quests have objectives in Shadowmoon Valley, at the Isle of Shadows. This little island is located at coordinates (39, 81) and is south west of Socrethar's Rise.

The quests are granted by Orukan in your garrison. This NPC stands next to Izzy Frizzafeste at the center of you garrison.

All of the quests require a level 100 character with a level 3 garrison. They all reward 1-2 Forniture Sinistre. After you have acquired all 5 different decorations, the Forniture Sinistre can be traded to Izzy Frizzafeste 1:1 for Dolcettos.

Un terribile fertilizzante	Fertilizzante del Terrore	Forniture Sinistre X 1	The Fertilizzante del Terrore are stationary kegs with roughly 900 health each - they can be one shot by most abilities.
Ammutinamento sulla Nave d'Ossa	Capitano Sferzaossa	Forniture Sinistre X 2	This mini boss has 2 million health. He has a chance to drop the toy Moneta dalle Mille Facce. If you do not have flying, you can reach his ship (south of the Isle of Shadows) by a rope on the side facing the island.

It looks like they may have "fixed" this rare. If you don't loot him, you'll get the loot in your mailbox when the body despawns.
I didn't try not opening the mail to see if that would still allow me to loot his body on the next kill, but my guess is they're forcing people to only do once per day per character.
Hopefully they've increased the droprate.

So the whole don't loot the items just leave it doesn't work . Blizzard will send the items to you in an email .

It appears Blizzard has hotfixed this. If you kill the spider and not loot it your friendly neighborhood Postmaster will send you the loot in the mail. Gratz people that farmed it yesterday (18/10/15). It is possible that you may be able to farm while the loot is incoming in the mail (1 hour time limit) and maybe if you just simply not open your mail. I have yet to try this but I will and post my findings.

I seen comments saying that if you don't loot it until you get the toy, you can do this all day, but I wanted to add to this, DO NOT walk away, or go do your own thing, because the postmaster will send you the loot and you lose your chance that day.

When you purchase the Striscianti Inquietanti from Izzy Frizzafeste it will add Halloween battle pets to your garrison such as the Ratto dell'Oltretomba , Verme Fantasma and Filatore Spettrale.
It will also add a rare called Aracnis which will spawn by your garrisons herb garden. Aracnis is a lvl 100 rare spider with 978k health and is easily killable. The spider has a chance to drop Sacca di Ragni Spettrali if your lucky or Sacca di Ragni if your unlucky.

HOT FIXED
Here's the Trick: Kill the rare but DO NOT AUTO LOOT. Loot and check what it has. If the toy isn't there then DO NOT LOOT ANYTHING. Leave the spider and it will respawn within 3 or 4 minutes for another shot at getting the toy. Rinse and repeat until you get the toy. If you loot the corpse and the toy wasn't there then you will have to wait another day for another chance at getting the toy.

*At the moment there seems to be a loot bug so always LOOT THE TOY FIRST as you may not be able to loot anything else. This bug has been reported by players and experienced by myself but may have been fixed, better safe than sorry huh.

As of October 20, the problem that forced players to not auto loot has been resolved and all drops can be looted with no problem.

The loot is still restricted to once per day per character. If you decide to not loot it you will not be able to get away with it and your loot will be sent to you via Postmaster.(##RESPBREAK##)16##DELIM##asakawa##DELIM##

Got this toy on my 4th kill. Very cool and definitely worth the extra effort if you have to kill it a dozen times. But so far the 1 time use Sacca di Ragni does not render spiders for me. Only the toy version Sacca di Ragni Spettrali renders them.

Do the dailys to get the amount of spooky supplies needed for the Creepy Crawlers decoration pack for your garrison. Buy the package from Izzy Hollyfizzle and use it. Then head over to Arachnis and kill him.
It can now only be done once a day, even if you loot him or not, so if you don't get the toy, you will have to wait a day and try again.

Hallow's End is over and he is still up in all of my garrisons, I did not get a drop today on the toy but considering he's still here ( and Lootable) I think it will still drop. Will confirm when I find out!

Just visited someone's garrison as they had it open with the battle pets up. I went to capture all 3 of them as I missed getting them. When I was done and returned to my own garrison I had this waiting for me in my mailbox from the postmaster.

Tried to kill Arachnis today, lvl 60 mob with 110k hp, no longer insta kill...
Dropped toy, so ye it can still drop, and even outside hallows end event.
