Zhang Yeoh will become a resident of your garrison upon completing Il carico perduto. Which comes from Manifesto Bagnato rewarded from the shipyard mission Registro del Mercato Nero.

She is located directly outside of your main garrison building next to the mailbox.

Currently, she is only able to show you what is available on the BMAH. Her interface does not allow you to bid on any of the items yet. I am unsure if this is intended or just a bug.

even if it is intended that you can only view items listed on BMAH from your garrison, it will save worthless trips to BMAH.

keep having issue with this mission says you must break blockade first, well there is no blockade anymore and kinda irritating

great... i had a 92% chance of success... and i failed.. i hope this is one that shows back up frequently if its not successful...

word of warning. I got this, accepted the quest and logged to an alt. hopped back over, and began cleaning out my quest log, and just started abandoning the quests for nagrand. well abandoning this quest does not give the scroll back, so be warned and don't make the mistake I did.

Apparently it's possible to get this quest even if you've already obtained access to Zhang Yeoh.

I'm getting reaaaaaaaaaaaaaaally tired of getting this mission over and over and over after already having the item or completed the quest. I feel like if I leave it it's blocking another potential mission from spawning so I have to do it even though it's high risk. Fix plx Blxx, thx.

Zhang Yeoh has become a resident in my Garrison and yet i still have Waterlogged manifest still telling me that this item begins a Quest and unable to open it or start the quest. When I click on it it tells me then I have completed that quest. What should i do DELETE IT.

This is the reward from the rare naval mission Black Market Journal.
When you accept the Waterlogged Manifest, you get a quest to get something in the water, next to a shipwreck on the bottom of the sea in Nagrand (59.35, 1.36)
There are 4 mobs guarding the chest, Ghains, Vulf, Huxto and Dollos.
When you have looted the chest, you turn it in to Mister Knuckles by the Ring of Blood. He gives you another quest, to talk to Zhang Yeoh in your garrison. She has now joined your garrison and will be showing you what's on the Black Market. (You can only see what's on the Black Market, but not bid or buy anything)

Just a heads up, but if you've have the quest for this item in your log for a while and forgot all about it, you may see the mission pop up again in your board. You can successfully complete the mission, and the item will appear in your bags, but like all other duplicate quest items, it just "doinks" and tells you that you're already on the mission.

EDIT - Wanted to point out here that the "mission" I referred to here is the Garrison one, not the from the item itself. That quest can only be completed once

So after completing this quest the Manifesto Bagnato stayed in my inventory for some reason. I've done the quest and got access to the blackmarket AH but its still there. Strange.
