This is one of the upgrade items for the iLevel 630 epic guns that engineers can make and use.

*UPDATE for June 23, 2015* - Rigatura dei Roccianera Instabile and Kit di Messa a Punto per Mirino di Precisione Instabile can no longer be crafted. Pre-patch 6.2 upgrade items (created before the patch) can be deconstructed to create the following:

As of 6.2, the new initial upgrade item will be Grilletto di Puroferro (used for any and all upgrades until Stage 4). The upgrade items required for each stage are listed below:
Stage 1 to 2 (Item level 630 to 645) - Grilletto di Puroferro
Stage 2 to 3 (Item level 645 to 660) - Grilletto di Puroferro
Stage 3 to 4 (Item level 660 to 675) - Grilletto di Puroferro
Stage 4 to 5 (Item level 675 to 690) - Termoattivatore Avanzato
Stage 5 to 6 (Item level 690 to 705) - Percussore di Taladite

**Note that 3 separate Grilletto di Puroferro items are required to get from Stage 1 to Stage 4.**

Notes about the upgrade items:

The upgrade items themselves are BoE and can be traded or sold on the Auction House
They can be used by anyone (not just engineers)
Using an upgrade item on a gun will NOT bind it to you if it is not already bound to you
The upgrade item will NOT change the combination or proportion of stats on the item (e.g. if non-upgraded version has versatility and haste, the upgraded item will also have versatility and haste, just more of each stat)
These items can be used on gear that is already equipped
These upgrade items are exclusively crafted by Engineers - you cannot craft them as a non-Engineering, even with the Engineering works building in your garrison
The Sangue Selvaggio used for upgrades to Stage 2, 3 and 4 are obtained from the Garrison Barn, crafted by alchemists as a daily cooldown, or purchased from "Ispettrice" Sazsel Ditaleste (H)/Ashley Zerep (A) in your garrison for 25 Spirito Primordiale each
The Vilmorbo used for upgrades to Stage 5 and 6 are obtained from mining, herb gathering, skinning, or fishing in Tanaan Jungle

Note that you have a 1/5 chance of having a tradeskill vendor in your garrison every day, and there is a set rotation of tradeskill visitors from day to day (between herb, fur, leather, ore and dust). The easiest way to find this vendor is to use the Group Finder under Custom Premade Groups on the day that the Ore Trader is active. Cost: 60 Minerale di Puroferro
Percussore di Taladite	350 X Parti di Ingranaggio a Molla 60 X Iperterra 60 X Vilmorbo	Schema: Percussore di Taladite, sold by the Ore Trader visitor in your garrison - Alexi Hackercam (A) or Trixxy Volt (H). This brings the total cost of upgrading the gun (from Stage 1 to 6) to:
735 X Parti di Ingranaggio a Molla (Not including 100 X Parti di Ingranaggio a Molla to craft the gun)
45 X Iperfuoco
90 X Iperterra
90 X Vilmorbo
45 X Sangue Selvaggio

Notes about the Engineering guns (Segatronchi di Straziaferro):

They are BoE and can be sold on the Auction House or traded
They DO NOT require Engineering to use
They can be equipped at Level 91
The guns require 100 Parti di Ingranaggio a Molla to craft
The gun will be crafted with +93-139 each of two random secondary stats (chosen out of Critical Strike, Haste, Mastery, Versatility or Multistrike)
The secondary stats can be re-rolled (randomly reselected) using the consumable item Montaggio Delicato di Didi (1 item required per re-roll)
The quantity of secondary stats when crafted is random as well (e.g. one item may have +133 crit and +104 haste, while another of the same type may have +130 crit and +110 haste)
The gun changes in appearance to be more elaborate as it is upgraded, with the addition of a scope, bayonet, and various golden scrollwork accents
The gun counts towards 1 of the 3 maximum Warlords of Draenor crafted items that you can have equipped at one time

Let's say someone oopsed and upgraded their gun w/ valor a little too soon... when you use the firing pin, does it go to just 705 or all the way to 715?

I figured this one out on my own. It upgrades the gun all the way to 715! Hoorah!

With the release of patch 10.0.5 for Dragonflight, a replacement has been added in the form of Grilletto di Puroferro Rimarchevole, so it is now once again possible to obtain remarkable crafted Draenor gun appearances.
