i found this 2015-05-02 on public test realm I found this orb in a chest in the tower I marked on the map(the tower just west of Sha´naari refuge)

Basically what the orb do is turn you to a big orc that looks like the incredible hulk for 1 min and has an cooldown for 20 min. The orb is at the top of the tower and to get to the top you have to use to rope near the tower laying on the left side of the path between the tower and the main road.at this time I do not know about if the chest has any spawn time or can spawn at multiple places.

note: it may be different on live

Update: i have confirmed on live that this is a random drop from chests i the zone. you can find it in the tower chest but it is not a guaranteed drop. i am leaving the map and description here since somebody may find the orb on that location.

Went to the handy notes location as well as the tower no luck. I remember doing the tower box when making the initial rounds but did not get this item. Waited long enough for a box respawn checked item restoration in case of vendor no luck.

Looted on live on a ledge at 24, 44 - no mobs around.

Globo di Sangue Pulsante is found in the Tesoro dei Guerci Insanguinati Depredato, which is located north from Zeth'gol's east entrance. Campagna della Guarnigione: Anatema dei Guerci Insanguinati is required to get the treasure.

This should be added to your toy box.

One, its hilariously fun (get it on an Orc character and make a whole incredible hulk act, or better yet a gnome or gobbo)

lso, VERY useful reaching ledges and places you need to jump to reach.

This item might make an excellent option to reach the upper level of the Barn, where you could find Glass of Warm Milk if it's not on the lower floor.

Persists through death, for some reason. Cool to see the hulking orc death animation when you die, or feign.

The effect seems to be rather touchy with it being removed. I thought I remembered being able to cast and attack while it was on me, but I tried it again a couple times recently and a spell-cast removed the effect. I hope they're not going to just keep nerfing the fun out of this.

Edit: Specifically, I've done some testing where I try to cast something or use an ability within a few seconds of transforming, and the effect will be removed. However, if I wait a bit longer, there seems to be a higher chance for the effect to remain.

You can use model swaps to change out of the hulk form into your normal form, or others. I like to return to my original form and... PANDA SMASSSHHHH!

Oy, this thing is a pain in the ass sometimes. If you're standing on perfectly level ground, you're fine, but if someone nearby is even thinking the word 'angle', you jump backward. And half the time, I'm trying to use it to climb a cliff, so it jumps backward off the cliff, and kills me. I've died more times to this than anything...

Some information about this toy:

Looted from in Tanaan Jungle from Tesoro dei Guerci Insanguinati Depredato. To be able to see it, you must be on(or have completed) Campagna della Guarnigione: Anatema dei Guerci Insanguinati(specifically, the 2nd quest in the chain - Sulle tracce dell'assassino). This has a chance to pop up at your main Tanaan Jungle hub once a week if you completed the intro chain fully.(L'invasione di Tanaan / L'invasione di Tanaan)

Transforms you into a hulking orc of the the bleeding hollow clan for 1 minute. The cooldown is 20 minutes.

It also gives you a Balzo Eroico type of effect whenever you jump!

Unfortunately, the effect disappears upon entering combat. You can bypass this by using Specchio Celeste di Ai-Li however. This extends the visual effect for 10 minutes and makes it persist through combat! You still lose the leaping effect though.

This model has most of the attacking animations for melee, so it looks pretty cool in combat!

not sure if it was intentional or they just never got around to changing it, but it turns you into a Beserker Hulk Orc (not even sure what this type of orc is officially called) that is the same model (although much smaller) as the follower Ariok. I guess maybe all of those beserker orcs look the same?

Solod Blood DK Ilvl 678. If you are worries about jump to the other side just use your unholy presence and use Deaths advance,jump and Kill boss.

I have this toy and never did that campaign quest. I had only two characters I played briefly in WoD. My Dwarf Monk and my Tauren Druid. I never even unlocked the Tanaan quest hub on my Tauren Druid, so there's no way I did the campaign on him. I'm currently working on Draenor pathfinder on my monk since he has the most reputation gained already in Tanaan. He is now a Tauren Monk as of some time earlier in Legion. I went to look up where I get the Garrison Campaign: The Bane of the Bleeding Hollow because I'm trying to get the reputation for the pathfinder achievement. While I was looking around at this part of the campaign I noticed it said it was required to get a toy I already had. I checked all my characters that could have possibly gone through WoD even though I know I only had 2 at 100. Only my Alliance Monk had ever unlocked Tanaan and did anything there. So either there's a different requirement for Alliance to get this toy than Horde or you don't actually need that campaign. It could also possibly be that I got it before they added the requirement, but I didn't do any Tanaan until it had been out for a while so I kind of doubt this.

Edit: On another page related to getting this toy on WoWhead another Alliance also confirms the same thing. I couldn't figure out why I would have it without having ever done the quest on any character until I saw that comment. It made sense to me because my character was Alliance when I did what little of Tanaan I did in WoD.
