This is a terrible weapon. No stats whatsoever, yet the DPS is decent. And the Proc, OMG dont even get me started. this thing NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER procs, and if it does its pretty lame to say the least.

Had this as MS/Mace Spec warrior in the 49 PvP bracket, and the weapon's proc would pop at least a few times per BG and, along with the Mace Spec proc, is a lot of fun.

Used to proc this spell (http://www.wowhead.com/?spell=16451) and was used quite a lot to force the flag carrier in Warsong Gulch to drop the flag.

The current proc would benefit a pally using SoCommand greatly as the judgment dmg is increased when the target is stunned.

My Paladin just picked this up from the AH.

And although the straight DPS was a relatively significant upgrade over my previous (Witchblade) the proc rate has either been nerfed, or I'm very unlucky. I've used it consistently throughout today, questing and ran ZF...hasn't procced more then 10 times, significantly less.

Would skip it, personally.

Not sure how the proc rate is on this wep, but it seems pretty low,

after a ZF run and about 3 hours of questing/grinding, 20 duels, and 7 dead allies later, it only procced 4 times, this made me a sad panda since i spent 50g on it =(

I'm so deeply in love with this hammer, it procs quite a bit for me, and the synergy with SoC is beautiful...Very solid hammer!

As a matter of fact this stun procs relatively often. Just got it and after playing for some hours it easily procced once every second mob.
Hope I'm just not being extremely lucky ^^

I got this weapon right at 47 on my Paladin, with the guaranteed critical off of judging Command, this weapon is a good boost to DPS. I eventually replaced it with Malown's Slam , which also is awesome for judging command.

The was overpowered in BG's back in the day, for it's ability to remove the flag from an opponent in your battle ground.
