With transmogrification out I'm looking at this cape, but with the changes in 4.3 where they apparently simplified the dungeon I suspect this may have been removed from the loot tables of those four dragon bosses. Can anyone confirm this, or tell me I'm just unlucky? I've cleared the place at least 12 times in the last couple of days, and each time those four dragons only dropped gray junk. I'm not normally one to jump to conclusions (I know, random loot is random), but the fact that I haven't seen anything green or blue drop from any of them in that many runs has me thinking - if they nerfed the levels of these mobs, maybe the blue items aren't eligible to drop from them?

Dropped tonight for my group. A warlock rolled need on it and won stealing it from the warrior tank. He kept needing everything so was kicked fast. I liked the colors for my hunter but will go farm it later when I hit high 50s.
