Yes Haste, combine it with mannoroth trinket and you will get inside deeps. Haste buffs mannoroth trinket a LOT

Who in the hell thought it was a good idea to put haste on a DPS warrior trinket? More importantly why hasn't that person been fired yet?

For TG Fury warrior, this is by far the best trinket you can obtain, and second best to Empty Drinking Horn for SMF. In fact, its heroic and normal versions are on par with mythic and heroic Empty Drinking Horn (for TG, vice-versa for SMF), respectively, for most bosses. With this, the 11% haste threshold that allows two Bloodthirst uses in one Enrage window becomes very easy to reach, allowing focus on crit and mastery items. It also synergizes very well with Empty Drinking Horn. Haste is the most important stat till 11% and a quite important still till 18%. This trinket will give you all the haste you'll ever need, allowing you to focus the rest of itemization to crit and mastery instead of trying to patch haste issues with inferior gear, gems or enchants.

For protection warriors I'm somewhat curious if the effect of this trinket is separate or not from that of the abilities it requires. Let me give an example:

Boss does 100k physical damage and 100k magical damage over a period of 6 seconds.

Now normally if we use Shield block what should happens is:

Warrior takes 60k physical damage and 100k magical damage. Totalling 160k damage over 6 seconds.

(this is just an example and not an actual end case since there's also critical blocks, armour, versatility etc)

Now what I'm getting at is: If I equip this trinket would it work in the way that it counts two sources of damage separately. Because if it did that would mean that from my example above you would only take 135K damage in total for that period of migitation which would otherwise have been 200k damage. Sure an extra 35k damage reduction in this scenario may not seem like much in the grand scheme, but you also need to take into account these abilities ideally have an uptime of around 20% of an encounter. So unlike similar trinkets which have at least a 60 second coooldown or a set number on their shield this one is possibly quite overpowered for a very long time to come.
