G.E.T.A. approved is a reference to products staying 'P.E.T.A. approved'; they are an animal agency for the protection of animals.

P.E.T.A. = People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals
G.E.T.A. = Goblins for the Ethical Treatment of Animals.

Seeing as you are stealing a worg and killing the den mother for the purposes of profit, perhaps it stands for Goblins for the Economical Treatment of Animals?

G.H.E.T.A is a group of druids in Borean Tundra, who hate Hemet Nesingwary, and will attack you if you have animal blood on yourself. Obviously both things are plays on P.E.T.A, but Blizzard made the joke in two games! (same game, one classic one expansion).
But please, Blizzard, make them both either G.H.E.T.A or both G.E.T.A. Different names annoy me.
