Note that this is very useful for pre-pull AMS soaking as a death knight for Breath of Sindragosa.

With the Lil'Ragnaros pet, you can do this whenever you wish in combat - a store item resulting in a DPS increase!

Edit: In 6.2 you can't do this in combat anymore, but it's still great for pre-pull AMS soaking.
Edit^2: Hotfixed to no longer work at all for AMS soaking, RIP :(

This drink is a good method of suicide. For example, if you're at the end of Temple of Ahn'Qiraj and want to get back to the start, just pop a campfire, drink a couple of these, and go. Note that it WILL take a few, 2-3 of them in a row.

Without a /suicide in the game, and with Stuck still hearthstoning you by preference, this is a good item to keep with you.

So, I am looking at log ( https://www.warcraftlogs.com/reports/Cb1Qwjy4J8ZpzrF9#fight=20 ) where everyone go pure DPS, and the DPS is insane, I haven't seen anything similar ... I have no idea what's going on but I've noticed the shamans suicide at the start with this alcohol ... so if someone can explain what is going on I will be grateful :o

Right now with the changes in the unstuck mechanics in Shadowlands, this is the only reliable way of killing yourself and unstuck yourself manually without being locked out of your character for a while. Just make a cooking fire (or summing Lil' Ragnaros or Pierre battle pet) and drink about 3 of these.

So i tried to kill a toon with this during the Gorefiend fight to get the "Get in my Belly!" Achievement.

Long story short. It won't work during a bossfight.

Where can i get this stuff? non of the vendors is where the map shows. Is there a phasing problem?

Still works! Perfect for getting back to entrance of Stratholme mount runs. I bought a bunch of stacks from the vendor in Stormshield. :)
