This summons a couple of rare elite ogres. Was able to take them down with my demolisher.

It summons two orcs (that was easily soloable at least as a hunter)
These two mobs are part of the Il canto del silenzio achievement
The "note" dropped from a random mob in Mok'Gol Watchpost.

You only get loot from them once a day and the horn is phased out after that, so don't bother waiting for the horn to respawn if you have two.

As mentioned, the horn is hanging on the right hand side of the door frame.

I was unable to solo them as a shadow priest (just dinged 100). They do some powerful long range attacks and a whirlewind ability that pulls you in. Unfortantly there were a few boss ads in the area that got dragged in and added to the carnage.

Horn is on the door pillar. Biggest building, southwest area of Mok'Gol, approx 42,36. Solo'd as 620 lock. not too bad. got crystals and primal spirit.

Edit: Confirmed with 2 alts. Coords and location are correct.

Be aware the horn is on a spawn timer. If you don't see the horn hanging on the right post just outside the front door of the westernmost building you may have to wait a few minutes.

Easily soloable with the Telaari Siege Engine (the tank)! Just enter the tank, and spam the aoe at the both of them.

Not the easiest fight I have had. It spawns 2 750k health rare mobs. One is melee the other has good range attacks if you let him get them off.
I managed it with my bodyguard and one other player that helped out. It was a tough fight though I could have fought it better if I managed to keep the 2 of them together more for more AOE and keeping out other mobs. In the end my bodyguard died but I managed to kill the 2 of them.

Probably a good idea to drag them back into the building behind you since I don't think there are any other mobs that spawn in there.

Item drops from mobs close to hut.
This is repeatable, which means you can loot "Secret Meeting Details" again after killing both dudes.
This is GREAT for the Apex Daily there, 3-4 kills and you're done.

The Secret Meeting Details are dropped by a Mok'gol Pack-Leader. He would be marked on the map as Mok'gol War Party.

i just ran into the building and the range stayed outside doing nothing to me.. finished off steelgrip..went out and cornered the range against a wall.. and killed him.. as fury warrior

I would not call this easily soloable by a DPS-only class.
The two mobs are not CCable at all (immune to stuns, roots, freezes etc, not snared/chilled).

If you want to solo this, you need to absolutely 100% nuke. Eg, Mages will want to Time Warp on top of other cooldowns. Go for Deadeye First because his ability is very annoying and will chew through your health quickly.
If you're not attacking him directly, he will fire a barrage of arrows at you. Attacking him will stop this effect.
Hopefully once he's down, you might have some nuke left, then just go for the other as fast as possible.

As a cloth wearer, this was not easy to solo. I had to change my talents to improve survivability massively (As a frost mage, I personally changed to Evanesce, Flameglow and Cauterize).

Good luck. Took me 3 attempts and was on less than 5% health when he died :)

I was able to solo this as a shadow priest. I went behind one of the pillars to line of sight the burning arrows cast by the ranged mob. He just stood there trying to cast, doing no damage, as I killed the melee mob. They dropped 14 apexis crystals and 2 primal spirits.

Solo'd this as a Balance Druid. Only fell below 200k once while Rejuvenation was up and I'm not very well geared. Use Barkskin and Cenarion Ward if needed for more damage reduction and heals, or you can wipe them both out easily with the tank.

Location of the horn: 42.1, 36.9 - zone Nagrand.

Short info: Blow horn, 2 rare mobs appear. Nuke, done. Horn re-appear in about 7:40 mins. Repeat if you have more Secret Meeting Details.

Horn to blow is outside the buildings entrance on the pillar to the right. If you can not see it, it might have been used recently and de-spawned (see more info below).

2 mobs appears

After you blow the horn (you need Secret Meeting Details to do this), 2 mobs will be coming walking towards you from where you came. I think they had 550k and 700k HP, hunter and warrior.

The hunter is pretty annoying since he keeps disengaging. One of the comments here suggested position the hunter so he can't disengage (wall behind or similar), good move (I didn't use that tactic).

This is repeatable

I did this twice in a row (I didn't even know about Secret Meeting Details until today; been away from WoW for 18 month and just started playing again). When I came back to my Garrison I noticed having 3 Secret Meeting Details in my backpack and had to go back to Nagrand to fix this. So over 30 minutes had already been used of the 60 minutes duration.

First time I pressed the horn it took 2 minutes 13 seconds until I looted the mobs and the horn reappeared after 7 minutes 47 seconds from when I pressed the horn.*

Second time it took 2 minutes 55 seconds until I looted the mobs and horn reappeared after 7 minutes 38 seconds from when I pressed the horn.*

* First time I managed to get another normal mob in the fight and 2nd time another rare 550k HP mob AND a normal mob (so 3 rares and 1 normal in 2nd fight; you might want to clear the area a bit more then I did).

I'm a newbie old player after playing for 2 days after 18 month away from the game. So my tactics and spell rotation sucked.

ilvl 659, destruction warlock. Used Abyssal as tank (who died once in one of the fights). Other then that the fight was fairly easy but at times annoying with the disengage (hunter) and whirlwind (warrior). I had to press the Pet-bar "Move to" and command my Abyssal to come back and stand at a point to get the hunter and warrior to come back to the area (I didn't want to pull even more mobs into the fight).

Note: The Secret Meeting Details share the duration. So even if I had 3 of them when I started and got another two when looting, the spawn timer on the horn actually made all my "plans" disappear in the end. (I actually did the fight 3 times but I didn't take notes on the first try).

For anyone who is struggling to find it the horn is located at 42.1, 36.9 (in Nagrand / Draenor )

Follow those co-ords and it will take you to a huge building, stand outside facing it.
There will be two posts,the horn is hanging on the right hand post.

It looks like a typical, white battle horn hung up with a brown string.
Hopefully this helps someone since I spent a little while walking back and forth past it! >.<
