When you loot this image, Statue of Anzu, and Sethekk Idol, you receive a 5% buff to Intellect, Strength, and Agility each time. The buff lasts for 30 minutes, but does not stack, so you might want to wait until the first one's run out to go grab the next.

Statue of Anzu: The start of this path can be found at 56, 26 (in the Harvesting Pits). Follow it to the top to reach the statue. (Credit to Starchy.)

Sethekk Idol: Located at 68, 39. Don't confuse it with the altar Talon King Ikiss hovers in front of, like I did. (Also, make sure to pick up an Elixir of Shadow Sight while you're here, as it's close by: 69, 43. You'll find it in a pot behind some crumbling wall, wedged up against a tree.)

Object at 44.4, 12.1 in a "hut" in Spires of Arak. Entrance to hut at 44.4, 12.4. It's built into the rocky hill, and the door is a hole in the rock at a bend in a path up a hill. Possible to miss it if you're not looking for it.

While the OP's comments on where this "hut" is are on the money, the description is lacking as what this IS is a CAVE. If you're looking for a small free-standing structure (which is what a "hut" IS), you are likely to miss the cave opening.

The words cave and excavation share common roots. While a cave may or may not be man-made, "excavation" (both the noun and the verb) most commonly implies human intervention. When the empty space is created by a force of nature, it can still be properly called a cave, however, the cause would normally be referred to as being a result of erosion, eruption or some other natural force, rather than the human intervention which "excavation" implies.

If you can fly to this location, it is best approached from the south as it is built(?) into the south side of a peak in Skettis.

/way Spires of Arak 44.4, 12.3 Cave ENTR

For those not using coordinates, the cave entrance is NE of the HUT (yes, this one really is a hut although somewhat gradiose by commonly used hut standards) in which you first whisper the password to Reshad. From the entrance of that hut, travel east, then briefly uphill toward the north, turning west for the last short level stretch to the cave entrance.
