Requirement of the La richiesta di Aviana Inn quest. This item gives you a 1 minute buff called "Arakkoa's Agility", it gives no bonus stats but instead gives a slight hop to every jump you make, propelling you forward. Useful when navigating the wind gauntlet after the third boss, just be careful not to hop right off the platform.

I ran this zone 4 times in a row last night, still haven.t found it. Is it a random spawn? I even went back after we were done and looked for it.

Any ideas?

HEROIC.

If you're here, looking this up, it's because you're on a normal dungeon and you need to be on a Heroic dungeon. This item is pretty obvious to find if you're on a Heroic dungeon.

Using this item grants you the buff Agilità degli Arakkoa for one minute. It gives you more "short, quick" jump forward when you use your regular jump. It's primary use is going through the "wind gauntlet" in Skyreach. Using this item you jump through the gauntlet in less than 10 seconds, ignoring the wind knockback completely.

Enjoy cutting 50% of the dungeon length in half!

A little advice to all who are like me, somewhat forgetful and forgot that they have things to do in diffrent dungeons. The object Piumaggio Primevo that you need to complete the quest La richiesta di Aviana. Is located on the second right "staircase" on the ground next two 2 round pots. Next to the stairs that leads to the first boss, Ranjit.

Why is the Hell does Blizz offer a Garrison Quest that does not say its heroic I cant run heroic and have run Aviana's Request many times looking for this feather. Just another exercise in frustration created by Blizz. This is BS.

It's good to note that if you clear the entire dungeon, the feather will disappear and you will have to wait for it to reset... I tried to manually reset, and it did nothing. Don't be like me frens!

I got the quest "A Plea To The Sky" and went through the entire dungeon within a few minutes (wouldve taken shorter but as of this comment blizz hasnt fixed legacy scaling..) and completely forgot to get the plume. I even flew to Auchindoun and ran that before I remembered I missed it. Flew back and popped back inside and it was still there! So it doesn't despawn or anything even if you exit the instance
